I'm in my sixth week of pe now and had not planned to do a journal until I saw some gains but that hasn't happened yet. I've had so many thoughts and experiences doing PE so I thought it would be good for me to write them down, to get them out of my head.
My progress so far has been getting my jelqs up to 100. I have been playing around with a 1 day on, 2 day off routine or a 1 day on, 1 day off routine. I'm going to add 25 jelqs per week from now on until I reach 250 jelqs. There is a problem with this though. 100 jelqs is taking me around 25 mins to complete so 250 jelqs will take over an hour to complete. It takes me so long because my erection level goes down during jelqs(around every 5 jelqs) so I have to stimulate it to get back to the desired level again. I'm not too sure am I getting the full benefit of the jelqs because of this but I will continue anyway. I've stopped watching video porn during my workout but now I either use those free web cam girls or my old porn magazines. I know this isn't ideal but I feel I need some visual stimulation.
My PI's are pretty neutral.
Positive PI's :
More vascular penis.
Several morning erections(every time during the morning when I wake up, I have one) although they are only around 80%.
Negative PI's :
No size gains.
Not overly horny.
EQ is not fantastic.
My goals are to have great EQ and the dream 8x6 but realistically maybe 7x5.5 would be fantastic.
I measured myself 2 years ago when I first started PE (but stopped after 4 weeks). My measurements were:
NBPFL - 10.5cm - 4.00inch
FG - 9.75cm - 3.75inch
NBPEL - 14.0cm - 5.50inch
EG - 12.0cm - 4.75inch
I haven't really measured yet but definitely haven't seen any erect gains.

Today is a day off.
Last night I completed a routine of :
15 minute warm-up with rice sock
Stretches to all directions, 15 seconds each
100 wet jelqs
20 minutes fowfers for warm down
Penis didn't want to edge, I think he was tired after the jelqs.

Yeah buddy don't give up this time. By the way, you don't need to have a high erection percentage for jelqs, 20-30% is enough. If you do some kegeling too, you'll find it easier to get the desired %, even without porn. When I do my workout, I watch Top Gear, and even going for 30-40% with my squeezes I don't need to turn it off for porn. Also, if you don't have ejaculations during your workout days, you'll find it easier to stroke yourself to the desired %.

Thanks for the advise Johnny, I should really try this out(not Top Gear but non porn jelqing). Maybe kegeling is very important for this. When jelqing at a very low level (20% erect), I find that my dick gets very squishy and pliable, is this ok? Also, at 20%, at the end of a jelq, is the glans supposed to be full up with blood(as in like a full boner)?

The thing is, when I do my warm-up and stetching, I'm pretty sure I won't get a single % erect when watching Jeremy :). Entertaining show though, still have a couple of series to go, then I'll look for something else. Sometimes during jelqing, I put some porn next to it though. 24" screen comes in handy :)

Anyway, you should feel some decent expansion while jelqing. When your glans fills up with blood, that means you're doing it right. I guess many people argue what the best % of erection is while jelqing, I just jelq whatever my unit is giving me. Not too flaccid, and not too erect.

Lol, I actually hope I can do that. Concentrate on something else while jelqing. I'm sure it will come with experience.

Just finished my routine. Got some of my jelqs done by reading porn on my mag rather than looking at the pictures but then had to revert back to pictures to get control of my erection half way through.

Warm-up 15 mins with rice sock.
5 min stretches with lots of helicopters between stretches. Helicopters keep it loose.
75 jelqs completed before my dick quit on me.
5 mins of fowfers to warm down.

It took me 30 mins to complete my jelqs. I wonder is this routine too much for me. I remember my best flaccid was my first week with only 25 light jelqs. It hung regularly at 5". Now the largest I get is 4.5", irregularly. I was going to edge and cum after this workout because it's been 4 days since the last time but I don't think my dick is up for it now.
This morning I woke up several times and was 80% hard each time. But during the day, I don't get random erections. I'm starting to think I should cut my routine down to a very light workout. Anyone think I can grow my dick with 25 jelqs? :)

A little after my routine yesterday, I tried to masturbate to see what kind of wood I'd get. Got fully hard for a bit but it felt weird. Veiny and muscular looking but also tired. It felt weak at the base like my cock was too heavy. Woke up this morning with bad morning erection. Few erections and weak as well......so not good. Over trained.
Well decision time. I will definitely take 2 or 3 days off but the decision is whether to continue with the same routine and have 2 or 3 day breaks in-between workouts or to cut down my jelqs or maybe lighten my grip.
EQ is No.1 priority over gains. I have had ED due to anxiety in the past but I've never had ED because of physical reasons. Doesn't feel good but I'm not too worried, I know it's only temporary until I get my routine right.

In my experience, ejaculating usually decreases my EQ the next day. That's actually one of the reasons why I stopped PE last year. I think you should work heavily on your anxiety ED. It's going to require changing your beliefs and having new experiences, but getting rid of anxiety is worth it, no matter what.

Johnny, I wanted to edge yesterday but I couldn't get a boner after the workout :D I swear, he just quit on me and gave me the finger after 75 jelqs, lol. I would enjoy a good edging session but didn't have one for a week now. An edging session doesn't feel good unless you are at 100% hard.

Masturbated last night and ejaculated last. Didn't plan on cumming because I wanted to rest him but what the hell. Seems like no harm done. Did some measurements last night. I think I've grown but will wait until my EQ is in better shape before I post measurements.

15 min edge session
15 min fowfers

Happy with workout.
Next 2 days are rest days.

I've been doing some fowfers on my days off and have noticed that my EQ isn't great afterward. I've been reading this TGC theory and maybe my smooth muscle is limiting me. So I've been thinking of cooling off on the stretches and concentrating on jelqs with a higher erection level. I will see how it goes for the next couple of days.

Today's routine was simple:
15 - 20 minute warm-up with rice sock
125 wet jelqs with a 70 to 80% erection level (added 25 jelqs today)
10 minutes of edging (couldn't last any more before I came)

Post routine comment: Dick was very muscular and veiny looking. Must be a lot of blood gone into it. It look like a bodybuilder. Pleased with workout.

Woke up this morning with some decent wood. Got out of bed and the wood stayed for a bit which I was pleased with. Thought I might just play w ith myself 30 mins ago to get some blood flowing for 5 mins. Well, it ended up with a fantastic 20 min edging session. I would imagine that this is what an edging session is supposed to be like at it's best. I was at the PONR for almost the full 20 mins. Could have continued for more but thought I'd call it a day without cumming. Erection was rock hard (90 - 100 % erect level). So, has my jelqs only routine yesterday helped my EQ? Maybe too soon to know yet. My dick definitely wasn't tired today though, so I'm sure it helped.

Did another edging session yesterday so really didn't have a day of rest. I must try to leave it alone to recuperate or I might step into over training. Woke up this morning and had some time to myself so I decide to do my routine.
Routine :
15 minutes of warm up with rice sock
125 wet jelqs
5 minutes of stretches

Jelqs were fine. Erection level was around 70%, so quite high but I prefer them this way as it is easier to jelq for me. I did some stretches at the end but pulled too hard because I felt a sting on the right side base. I seemed to be ok though but I have to be careful in future not to pull so hard.

Measurements:
NBPFL : 4.75 (+0.60)
FG : 4.25 (+0.40)
NBPEL : 5.75 (+0.25)
EG : 4.75 (+0.04)

Positives on all measurements but my original measurements were taken back in the beginning of 2009. I did PE for maybe 3 weeks but I presumed that any gains I made were not cemented so I stuck with those measurements. My flaccid is the only thing I can see a difference with now and also veins. Other than that I think its improved EQ for any erect gains.

What I do is measure more often, and keep track of everything in an excel file. This keeps you motivated to do your routine, and helps with seeing what works and what doesn't. Keep it up my friend!
