Day 1

I finished my first routine 8 hours ago. thought i might as well start a log to report it and get feedback at the same time. I didn't measure my dick though. I don't have a tape measure here is i guess i need to buy one first. Anyway i don't really want to rely on it to be honest. Is it asking too much if i want to see visually noticeable results? It feels logical to me but at the same time feels like i'm setting myself to fail.

just finished my routine. dick feels tired and stretched. It feels so soft. I'm using extra virgin coconut oil as lube. feels great! it smells good too.

day 3

routine done. i noticed during jelqing that i feel like my ligament was being stretched. I can't describe if it hurts or not. kinda weird actually. Am i pulling too hard?

The advantage of measuring (regularly and using always the same ruler/tape measure) is to know at what pace you are gaining. Imagine that you apply a routine during 3 months and gain 0.2" per month, then you change your routine (don't ask me why) and you end up gaining 0.2" in 3 months. It seems that the first routine suited you much more than the second and measuring and keeping a log will help you to know what worked for you and what didn't.
The problem with following your progress by eye is that you might have some difficulties to see the changes and this for 2 reasons:
_ gains take time and your eye will everyday get accustomed to the look of your penis, not noticing that it's growing bigger and bigger
_ you'll gain in girth as well as in length so the ratio length/girth of your penis might not change a lot. The problem is that what we notice more by eye is the change in ratio...
So my advice would be to measure monthly, and if you can take photos, even if it's only for your own usage: it adds some perspective, especially when you use objects for comparison.

I also strongly agree with this it is much better this way . In the long run you would thank your lucky stars taking pre-pe pics and starting a log keeping track of your PI's are a must in PE workouts.

Measure only monthly?

I figured measuring every two weeks or every week was standard. Guess I'm a hawk for that kind of thing.

Day 4
Not much to tell. I had a good session but i realized i have a problem. The past three sessions, i can't get/maintain an erection while doing the routine which is weird. So this time i stop every ten jelq strokes to imagine something hot and get a little bit hard. Will this affect my future gains? i mean, does jelqing momentum have anything to do with gains or it's the correct amount that counts?

Day 5

My best session so far. First four sessions have been a bit difficult for me because i can't maintain an acceptable erection. I don't have any problem getting an erection but when it comes to jelqing i just lose it. Today is the opposite. I had to stop a couple of times to let the erections subside!

Flaccid lenght post-PE seems longer and fuller too. i must be just imagining things. Is it possible to even achieve anything on your fifth day? i'm not planning to put anything on paper just yet. i'll measure in a month.

Hey commandoman, it is pretty possible to achieve gains after first week. There are a lot of lucky fast gainers out there, maybe you're one of them. I maintain my erection on the level I want buy grabbing an OK grip just under the glans and do some kind of stretches in and out until I get the wanted erection (about 50%). The move is just like masturbation, but without moving my hand. It works every time. Grady

Thanks for the tip grady. I'll try that on my next session. I'll be resting my tool for two days. Watching too much porn desensitized me a lot i think. sometimes masturbating without porn just doesn't do it for me. I quit porn for two weeks now. Maybe that explains the erection.

I just looked at my dick again right now and i noticed something. My middle shaft is thicker than my lower and upper shaft. It wasn't like this before i started PE. Should i get worried about this? I don't want a balloon for a penis.

Back from my two-day rest. Nothing to unusual about my PE session today except for the great EQ's i've been getting while doing it. That didn't happen on my first three days. It gets in the way of the routine sometimes but i guess the EQ's is a good thing. Post PE flaccid lenght and girth looks amazing. I hope it sticks.

I haven't had time to do my PE routines. But i will say this, PE is definitely already working! At least, the stamina-boosting part of it. Yesterday's sex was the best ever. My EQ was amazing. It's so hard it hurts! I can't believe i can last for 5 rounds of continuous all day sex. My girlfriend was exhausted. lol

Had a good session except that i noticed a bit of swelling around my foreskin. not cool. If the swelling continues up until tomorrow, no PE for me. damn.

Logs looking good man :D Taking a little break for a day or few isn't a bad thing, in fact, its advised in the event of negative PI's. Im taking a week break right now due to EQ loss and wanking too much.

No PE for me. i feel like sh*t. Had a fever and i just don't feel like moving.

Day 19
Restarted PE. I hope the long breaks don't affect my future gains. damn. I'm seeing visible gains with flaccid length and girth. Have to measure to confirm though. But i won't do that until the end of this month. Erect still looks the same except that it's rock hard when erect. It feels awesome.

Last night i was playing around with my girl she grabbed my dick and laughed and asked me "Why is it so damn hard?" Lol!!! That made my day. I do feel it's harder than before i started PE.

done with today's PE. Had a hard time staying at 60% erection. Keep getting a full blown hard on. Other than that, everything went smoothly.
