I could probably find all this information throughout the forum but I would rather have all my problems solved on one page. I know, I'm lazy :)

So yesterday I actually started my routine but I think I messed up so bad that it shouldn't even count as a workout. I decided to do my routine in the shower since it's easier for one to warm up there, its private and I can take as long as I want.

My first issue was with the warm-up. For some reason I don't feel like it was effective and as all of you know, it's probably the most critical part of the entire workout. My penis didn't seem more elastic, but it didn't seem completely flaccid either. It seemed engorged more with blood, the only way I can explain it is that in its flaccid state my actual penis was more pushed up again the skin. (I could actually see the penis muscle and not just skin).

Even though I felt like I was doing it wrong, I warmed up for 10 minutes and then did my stretches. This is probably the place where I felt like I did the best, I just have trouble maintaining a grip because I'm not circumcised so the foreskin will shoot up sometimes. Also, how hard should I be pulling? Enough to feel a tug, or a more subtle pull?

Now for the Jelq, the place that just got me so frustrated I stopped working out. First I couldn't get an erection for some reason, how do YOU guys gain an erection? And then when I felt like I had some type of erection, I started the Jelq and I just could do ONE effective Jelq. Since I'm not circumcised, when I went to move the second hand up the shaft, all I kept doing was just pushing my skin up and not doing anything with the blood. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?

I sound like a whining child, but I fully believe in PE and I know that it works because it makes sense. You can pull more of your inner penis out little by little if you keep tugging on it. Same with teeth if they are crooked. If you push with your fingers, little by little they will move. Since faith isn't an issue, and I KNOW that eventually I'll get better, I just want to make sure I'm doing everything correct.

Also, I'm 7.75" BPEL and about 5.25" EG, is a goal of 8" BPEL and 5.5" in 2 months realistic? I'm actually looking to eventually get to 9" BPEL and 6" EG.

OK, ONE last thing :) (might as well get it all out now), I actually have a very active sex life, how much will these workouts effect it? I don't want to not be able to get an erection just because my penis is fatigued from workouts. My girlfriend is very happy with our sex life, so PE isn't NECESSARY, but it's more for personal interest.

Well, you are doing some things wrong. The proper techniques can't be written in a space so compact as to be put into a fortune cookie. ALl of the info you need will take some time to learn.

Start with JP's 90 day beginning routine, and read many of the comments. You are not going to become an expert in 20 minutes, anymore than a trip to Home Depot will make you an architect.

But it will be worth your time.

Hey man, I just started PE last week. I'm having some of the same problems since I'm not circumcised. Don't know how much I can help but I'll try.

For warming up I found that a rice sock is the best. I would just leave it on for 10 minutes and then I'd be good to go. I tried warming up today in the shower and didn't find it as effective. I read in one of the forums that KingPole said to do 15 mins for a warm up for best results. So I'm going to try either 10 mins with the rice sock and then 5-10 in the shower, or vice versa. Probably the 10 with rice sock, and then remaining in the shower because since I'm not circumcised I find I get a better grip in the shower for stretching.

For the stretch I think you pull enough so that you feel something, for me it's kind of a weird sensation, BUT you don't pull hard enough to cause injury or pain. You're supposed to grip behind the glans with an OK grip. I found this difficult and normally had to grab directly on my glands with thumb and pointer finger and pull. Today in the shower I just pulled my foreskin back and used the OK grip and it worked great.

I have a bit of a problem with jelqing too. I've read some people suggesting doing one handed jelqs and using the other hand to hold the skin back at the base to prevent it from sliding up. From everything I've read you pretty much just have to practice until you get it right. There are some videos and things you can find to get examples.
For me, I use baby oil with vitamin E and then I kind of jelq "backwards" I still do the ok grip but I have it so that my thumb and pointer finger are touching my pelvic bone with my 3 other fingers facing away from my body (so that you can see the top of the back of your hand). Then I just continue with the jelq motion. FOR ME, I find that easier to deal with the skin problem but everyone's different. To me it's more of a 'pulling' motion in this grip rather than a 'pushing'. Sorry if this is confusing, I can't think of a good way to explain this without pictures.

From everything I've read your goal of 8x5.5 in 2 months is extremely realistic. Midasman just gained 0.5" in a month I think.. he also jelqs in the shower and suggested using vaseline as it won't come off with water and then to just use face soap to clean up after. Just keep at it man and good luck.

I'm sure someone with a lot more experience will be by to comment soon - I just wanted to give you my thoughts to help until then.

I'm also wondering about this...

and just saw that Midasman commented JUST before me lol. There's someone who can help more than I can.

The concensus I find on here is to keep masturbation and sex about 3 hours away from your PE work (before or after). KingPole is avid about the good results of frequent orgasms. So, don't mix business with pleasure. Wait, they are both pleasure!
