I could probably find all this information throughout the forum but I would rather have all my problems solved on one page. I know, I'm lazy
So yesterday I actually started my routine but I think I messed up so bad that it shouldn't even count as a workout. I decided to do my routine in the shower since it's easier for one to warm up there, its private and I can take as long as I want.
My first issue was with the warm-up. For some reason I don't feel like it was effective and as all of you know, it's probably the most critical part of the entire workout. My penis didn't seem more elastic, but it didn't seem completely flaccid either. It seemed engorged more with blood, the only way I can explain it is that in its flaccid state my actual penis was more pushed up again the skin. (I could actually see the penis muscle and not just skin).
Even though I felt like I was doing it wrong, I warmed up for 10 minutes and then did my stretches. This is probably the place where I felt like I did the best, I just have trouble maintaining a grip because I'm not circumcised so the foreskin will shoot up sometimes. Also, how hard should I be pulling? Enough to feel a tug, or a more subtle pull?
Now for the Jelq, the place that just got me so frustrated I stopped working out. First I couldn't get an erection for some reason, how do YOU guys gain an erection? And then when I felt like I had some type of erection, I started the Jelq and I just could do ONE effective Jelq. Since I'm not circumcised, when I went to move the second hand up the shaft, all I kept doing was just pushing my skin up and not doing anything with the blood. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?
I sound like a whining child, but I fully believe in PE and I know that it works because it makes sense. You can pull more of your inner penis out little by little if you keep tugging on it. Same with teeth if they are crooked. If you push with your fingers, little by little they will move. Since faith isn't an issue, and I KNOW that eventually I'll get better, I just want to make sure I'm doing everything correct.
Also, I'm 7.75" BPEL and about 5.25" EG, is a goal of 8" BPEL and 5.5" in 2 months realistic? I'm actually looking to eventually get to 9" BPEL and 6" EG.
OK, ONE last thing
(might as well get it all out now), I actually have a very active sex life, how much will these workouts effect it? I don't want to not be able to get an erection just because my penis is fatigued from workouts. My girlfriend is very happy with our sex life, so PE isn't NECESSARY, but it's more for personal interest.
