Why is it some times there is too much pressure in the head while hanging? I try and re-wrap multi times and still there is too much pressure in the tip. Sometimes no problem . I have seen the hanging video ...WTF...some times its a good day and sometimes its bad.

Just keep adjusting it until you don't feel so much pressure. The less pressure on the head of your dick the better. Or maybe you have your hanger on too tight.
I had this problem when i first started hanging, you could have the wrappings to tight!!
I did, so now i just tug every turn so there is no gather left but it's not tight where the head is BULGING out the wrappings when you finished.
Then squeez the glands pulling the penis up (12 oclock position) for a few seconds, it really is trial and error.
