Beginner routine is simple for now:
4-5 min. warmup, soak in warm water
150 wet jelqs
4-5 warm-down
[2 on - 1 off]
Was supposed to do it today, too tired/in a bad mood. I'll do it tomorrow afternoon. Yesterday's session was crap, immediately shrunk up after, couldn't feel the blood rushing. I wonder if I should post my pic - I bet most aren't brave enough to post pics of small ones.
By the way, stats are:
BPEL: 6.00"
BPFL: 3.5"-3.7"
EG: 4" Mid
FG: 3.3"-3.5"
