Hopefully this will help me keep motivated.

Beginner routine is simple for now:
4-5 min. warmup, soak in warm water
150 wet jelqs
4-5 warm-down
[2 on - 1 off]

Was supposed to do it today, too tired/in a bad mood. I'll do it tomorrow afternoon. Yesterday's session was crap, immediately shrunk up after, couldn't feel the blood rushing. I wonder if I should post my pic - I bet most aren't brave enough to post pics of small ones.

By the way, stats are:
BPEL: 6.00"
BPFL: 3.5"-3.7"
EG: 4" Mid
FG: 3.3"-3.5"

Did 5 mins. today slower with a tighter grip. No hang afterwards, no PIs so far. Woke up this morning flaccid and then got one of the weakest erections I've ever seen. I'm starting to worry about my health.

A journal is a good call and when you post it on line you'll get feed back. Take a picture of starting size and keep it so you will have one of those before and after deals. When your hung like a horse you can post it, if you want. There is no shame in ones starting size, it is what it is. The important thing is that you want to improve yourself and are taking steps to do so. :boink:

I may post a staring-size pic here for the before and after effect. Maybe I should lose weight first and improve circulation. Everyone's body chemistry is different, so maybe I just never got a chance to see it at full-girth (I was overweight during mid-end of puberty and > 50lbs overweight a few years ago). I'm at 174 lbs last I checked and I still have a lot of nasty belly-fat (along with pubic fat hiding .5" of length). I really wish I knew more about how different kinds of fat affect you down there. Obviously you lose length, but what about girth? Will certain types of fat or body types drain circulation? What about people with small and large frames? What about subcutaneous vs visceral fat? I could go on and on...

As you loose weight your penis will start to look longer, due to the shrinking of the pelvic fat pad. Fat cells or adipose tissue, may be called different name depending on were they are stored, but they are still just adipose. Penises typically do not have a lot of fat in them so weight loss rarely effect their size. Keep in mind while loosing weight the first on is the last off. Good for you for working on weight control it goes well with PE. :dance:

The areas that we first start to store fat are almost always the last areas that we get rid of it. First on last off. :)

Surely there can be an effect on girth/circulation in certain circumstances. People have testified to this. Some guys are almost morbidly obese and can maintain a stiff erection. I weight 170-something and I go limp in seconds. :confused:

Yeah, I've seen some of those postings too. I have to wonder if girth lose is not secondary to the loss of smooth muscle as appose to adipose. Healthy diet with enough protein and PE will minimize below the belt size decrease. No hard and fast rules we are all so different. ;)

We shall see.
Today has been much better. Erection was much better quality and lasted a lot longer. It wasn't perfect, but it's a start. I keep my firmer grip from now on.

Just finished 2nd session, had some redness afterwards which went away in a minute or so. Flaccid hang didn't last long; all the soaking is making me shrink up now. I can usually tell if it's working when I'm dreaming for some reason. I guess I'll see tonight.
Going to work out on exercise bike for 30 minutes :bolt:

IMO, you have a really good unit to work with. Mine has quite a noticable left curve, and it's being a stubborn bastard to work straight. Infact, my curve was the main reason I started PE. I reckon i'd take a hit in size to straighten it out.

The grass is always greener... as they say.

Mood is horrible today, but I have a new goal: get to the point where my erections are stiff enough so that I can No longer wiggle it up and down (like you can when it's flaccid) at fully erect state. I don't know how to achieve it (jelqing hasnt done it so far) but I'll figure something out.

Measured girth today, was a bit under 4" in the middle, even less on top and bottom.
So fu**ing disheartening...

Too depressed about the current numbers to pull on anything today, hopefully I'll feel better soon.
Anyone who has gone through something similar have advise? I feel incredibly inferior to everyone else right now.

Just measured avg. EG: 3.85" (top, middle, bottom) :cry:

I had no idea it was that small. Man, life has dealt me such a shitty hand.

This is good; depression only lasted a few days.

I'm doing JP's beginner program now.The V-jelqs make my erection very red and the rubber pencil effect subsides while I'm doing them (erect penis would flap up and down like it's flaccid) , now it's a straight up-and-down, stiff motion when I shake it. The only problem is that my nerves are shot, and I need to be calm when I jelq from now on. I still shrink up while I'm warming up/down and doing helicopter shakes and stretches.

Btw, EL was up .175" this morning.

Right, before I forget, what does it mean that my testicles are almost always ascended? I rarely see my balls dropped anymore; they also have a darker red-brown color (as opposed to flesh colored). This happened after I lost my initial gains (just like the extra shrinkage). I want to make sure it won't hinder any growth in the future.
