Is there a device on the market designed to help strecth the foreskin - I know you can do it manually but I'm stretched for time and don't really want to have my fingers in my foreskin for long periods of time - It just seems dirty.

I know people rave about the DTR on here - but I emailed the guy and he wasn't aware that it helps tight foreskins at all.

Have you had results with manual stretching IDH? If done diligently, say 10-15 minutes twice a day, the results should come very quick.
I haven't been as consistent as I should with my but after just the 3 days in a row, after my stretching session yesterday I had full flaccid retraction for the first time!
I do my sessions while watching telly, and have recently even been doing my kegel workouts simultaneously; doing a set amount of kegels while holding the stretch and then relaxing.
I'd try not to think of it as 'dirty', it will give the 'circ-defenders' more ammo lol.
Sorry for not answering your question as I'm not familiar with such a device but I would think there are some available. I wouldn't be sure if it was comfortable to wear though.
I think I may have provided a link to the forum I use for such matters in another of your threads but I suspect they may be able to recommend a device if one exists. If you need the link again I'll try and find it.

Edit: www.network54.com/Forum/244184/search
Search for 'device', I got quite a few results but I haven't looked into any of them properly yet.

GFS (Gentle Foreskin Stretcher) is a device made by Platigo of Australia. It uses a balloon that is inflated in the foreskin to stretch the opening.

Another device is the Glansie, which is a patented tool that stretches the opening to elarge it.

I'm going to have a go at making my own - thanks everyone.

I really think that it's my foreskin thats limiting my gains - When I retract my head just does not look healthy and I honestly believe that a tight foreskin restricts your size.

If anyones intrested I will keep people posted in a progress log if I do find gains after stretching the foreskin.

I'm interested IDH, I'd disagree based on my own personal experience, well in length in particular, but it may be the case with you.
But I did find foreskin stretches a couple of months in and have gone from pinhole phimosis to full flaccid retraction, and that's without absolute conviction and sticking to the stretches daily.
The device I recommended actually looks ok, it would be good to see some success stories using it though.
Do you attempt to stretch your frenulum or do you feel you don't need to?

Will this not stretch the frenulum Aidan? If not what could I do to stretch it?

I have found that my DTR has stretched my frenulum even longer, though one must be careful not to stretch it too much as to not injure it! I have done this also and it is not only painful, but it means you will have to take about a week to 10 days off from stretching.

I wouldn't have thought so, as it's just stretching the opening outwards. Have you made one yet by the way? How is it working if yes?

The method I use is in the picture on the 2nd post on the link, I don't do this as much as I should as I'm mainly concentrating on the opening.

Sorry I wasn't paying attention before.

I DO have a phimosis resolution device. Trials are complete but I'm not quite to production tooling. I could send a prototype-grade device for say half price.

It's basically a cylinder split longways and molded onto a springy stainless steel handle. You squeeze the halves together, stuff it into your prepuce, and release it so it can stretch you outwardly. If it's not the right springiness you adjust it by bending the metal with pliars. Most users will go through two or more successively wider devices before they're comfortably retractable.

Send me a note if you want to get started before the device is officially rolled out.

Aidan I have made one but It's poor quality and ends up falling out - I'm going to give it another go now. The problem I have is when I get an erection, not flacid so it's hard to get a device big enough to mimmick an erection sized head that fits into the foreskin when flaccid.

Ron, how much are you looking at for the device?

Ron - Is your device still available? I just can't retract when erect now and it's really annoying - My urologist just wants to circumcise me and be done with it but this forum has made me want to keep my foreskin.

Look forward to hearing from you!

Seriously man, do the manual stretches! Like I said earlier in the thread I wasn't even diligent in mine like I should have been, but I would see good visible progress just by doing 30mins- 1 hour stretching daily for say 4 days straight.

By the way, because this thread is quite old I noticed I only had flaccid retraction. I've had full erect retraction for some time now and I can tell you that the 'glide' is AWESOME!

By the way, how old are you IDH?

Aidan - I did the stretches for a good few weeks and they did help..... but I cannot get beyond the stage I'm at - and I was getting alot of redness and broken capileries in the skin around the tip of my foreskin which wasn't nice. Did this happen to you?

Cali - Like I said I'm keen not too .... but it does seem like such a time saving option!

Also even though I can comfortably retract when flaccid - I still have to force it back over my head after months of stretching.... Is it possible mine is just a severe case that takes longer than others or am I putting myself at risk?

Things take time, persistence, and especially CONSISTENCY!!!!!!!!!!

I would think about things like wearing braces on your teeth. Takes YEARS to fix crooked teeth. BUT IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!

I would say you need to do more EDGING!!! What a great excuse to practice masturbation!!!! :)

Try edging for long periods of time, focusing mostly on the very point where the foreskin "pops" up and over the glans. Work it back and forth at this very point over and over and over and over and over and over and over etc etc etc etc!!!!!!!!!!!!

You will be SO GLAD you did this instead of amputating one of the best parts of the human body. Either male OR female.

Have you tried a steriod cream, such as 0.05% betamethasone? The cream is used for stubborn cases. The cream thins out the skin, allowing stretching to better enlarge the preputial opening.

Another consideration is that skin grows slowly. You may be using too much force, which is irritating the skin rather than inducing mitosis. Sometimes the stretching takes several months using moderate, not high, force to expand the opening. Foreskin restoration takes years and often guys want to use too much force in the hopes of speeding things up. The same considerations apply when trying to treat phimosis.

Tally makes some good points, not sure why I've neglected to mention the betamethasone, sorry.
Your doctor should DEFINITELY have suggested this, I find it irritating that a doctor here in the UK would be so keen on circumcision. Betamethasone has replaced surgery here as the number one phimosis solution. So ask your doctor about it, but you still need to do the stretches.

As for skin irritation or broken capillaries, I had no such issues.

As for what Cal suggests with edging, I used to do this too. Pull the skin back to where it is comfortable (don't force anything), then kegel. The extra blood and expanded head will give a good stretch, sure it's no replacement for two fingers in there but like Cal says, what an excuse to play with yourself!
