Magnesium relaxes the corpus spongiosum. When this happens you get fuller erections.

Magnesium Oxide I believe is what I have taken during those 2 times I "thought" I got very hard erections within like 45 minutes of taking. Again..not sure if legit or placebo effect.

Been taking ZMA (only 2 pills, the recommendation is 3 pills) the last 4 night. I had some wood this morning..but I think it was a "gotta piss woody".

I will be working out, and I heard ZMA is great for recovery so I am wondering how my body will react with it when I start putting it under physical stress. Might be different then taking ZMA just after a long day on your job.

Also wonder if ZMA is good for recovery..whether it will play a role in PE after sessions.

Is there any negative effect for consuming green tea every hour? since I PE, I have a new habit, hot green tea all day... usually takes 3 sachets per day...

I don't find obvious reason stating that you couldn't, except maybe common sense saying that everything in excess is not good!

Well said ! moderation is the key, even with supplements if you take high dosages or take it to often ... your body will adapt to to the ingredient which will result in it becoming pretty much useless.

Well said ! moderation is the key, even with supplements if you take high dosages or take it to often ... your body will adapt to to the ingredient which will result in it becoming pretty much useless.

This is why its good to have a break two days a week from thr five G's.

Good advice KP ! it is important to cycle out herbs to avoid the adaption process, I've allways cycled them the way you have said and also after 4 weeks of use i will take a full week off without them.

Man I love this site! I never realized how bad off my cock was until a rather embarassing hook up awhile back when i couldnt get my friend up. Thanks to erection tea and the 5 gs my erection quality has gone up considerably. I currently drink green tea and ginger everyday and take a ginko suppliment. My dick and my current special lady friend thanks you.

If you take prescription medication I would always seek medical advice before taking any product even if it is herbal.

not saying it doesn't work however I have not tried it.

Erection tea is good for improving EQ and even helps with mild cases of ED. But for some of us we need stroinger natural medicine. If you take two of each of the following five herbs over a very short period of time you should experince harder fimer erections and treat more severe cases of ED.

The probelm with penis pills often have the same herbs, i will discribe later, but at blended and a weaker level called a propriety blends. All five of these herbs should be purchased as in a standardised formula. By buying each item in capsule or gell cap form you should have a several month supply for the fraction of the cost of expensive penis pills with maximum benifits.

All these herbs can be bought entirely at places like Walmart and Wal Greens, By themselves they are rather inexpensive never costing more than 20$ per bottle.

These herbs are designed to increaee DHT levels, testosterone and improve blood flow without raising blood pressure. If you are on blood pressuren lowering medications or cholesterol lowering drugs you should consult your doctor before taking these herbs in conjunction with medications.

The five G's for big erections are:

Gingko biloba standardised 50:1 dose 120 to 240 mg per day.
Green tea capsules dosage between 250 and 600mg per day.
Ginger caps dosage between 500 and 1000 mg per day.
Oderized garlic pills 5-10-mg equivalent to 500mg of garlic clove . Two gel caps per day.
Genseng any kind will do. The oriental variety can raise blood pressure in low dosages but American genseng will not raise blood pressure so im reccomending American Genseng for those who have hypertension. Dosage between 100 and 200mg per day.

Combined these five herbs should cost less than a 100$ per two month supply.

I will be posting links on why these herbs are good for penis health and are capable of building harder erections and curing ED. Some of these herbs have been well linked already in other threads.

It's been said that too much caffeine leads to over stimulation of the adrenal glands and then adrenal exhaustion, which inhibit testosterone production, any feedback on this?

Yes this is true, it can increase anxiety levels in those who suffer from anxiety and thus causes adrenalin which is a kryptonite of erections. Caffeine has a reputation for being a stimulant.

I am currently sick this holiday season. I am on pseudoephedrine and guaifenesin which don't seem to be good for erections. The pseudoephedrine I think is more of the culprit.

Wonder if its ok to take these herbs while on this combo of medicine?

Green tea, ginger and garlic do not generally require medical advice ... the other 2 might be questionable ... but finding medical/clinical studies that support evidence that any contribute to "big erections" might be questionable as well.

Pseudo-ephedrine makes me turtle like crazy, as did ephedrine when I took it years ago.

Indeed, i think so. Most things when taken in moderation should be ok and not harmful, but when it is used excessively then the side effects can become negative and thats including caffeine. Because i suffer from anxiety i work hard to try and keep it under control, so i avoid caffeine anyway. Big Al recommended not to drink coffee within 2 hours of doing PE as it can hinder the blood flow.
