Ok so ive read and read and tried out and read some more. and ive learned ALOT and implented alot of theorys here. But sometimes it can be a little to much. and i lack the overall experience to deal with it all. so i need guidance from you guys. some have helped me in the past and i love you for it (no homo ;) )

So ive tried a light newbie routine, it worked out nicely and i did it for 2 months. Then i felt i needed something added like i missed something. so i changed my routine slightly, found that the new routine was a tad intence so eased up a little. New routine worked perfect, but i was doing a little to much girth work so i lost some EQ. Changed the routine to counter this and took a couple days off and started out slow after the break.

My current routine looks something like this

15min warmup
stretch (side to side)
10min jelq
20 lambda
5uli/v's
warmdown with edging and 2-4 surpa slammers

then on off day i do 50 kegal and 50 rev kegal and if i shower i use bathmate

1on 1off routine.

However the case now is that i feel im not working out properly. i feel that the little guy is not responding the way i want it to.

So my question is; would i be better off with something like:

day1
15 min warmup
stretch (side to side)
10min jelq (40-50%)
warmdown

day2
20min warmup
20lambda
5uli v's
edge with surpa slammer's

"off day"
kegels
bathmate

I need some help here so i dont fall completely off the chart. I might add ive worked out for almost 3 months now and have already gained
about .5 in lenght .25 in girth

You're further ahead than me so maybe someone can back me up but i'd say leave your "off days" as so and give it a full day of rest with no exercises or pumping

Supra slammers and uli are intense work and you need to be carefull with them, I don't even remember what lambada are.

lambda's are "reverse" v jelqs instead of under the shaft you do them over. Il note the no workout on off days. Im also very carefull with supra's and ulis and im not doing many at the moment. only doing 2-4 supra and 5 ulis

I agree with Pegasus.

Also, did you make no gains at all on the newbie routine? I don't understand why you moved to a really intense routine so quickly.

well blink. I wasnt really a newbie when i started the newbie routine. i did some workout before i found this site, mainly jelqs. And i love my little guy so i wouldnt hurt him. I didnt feel that i got what i wanted out of the workout.

I do know my limit and never go beyond, i always look for PI's

However i take what you guys say seriously and ive cut back to se what happens.

I started out first by doing PESG's routine for a month, then i only added the vjelqs.
did this for 2 weeks then added lambdas and flaccid bend
did this for 3 weeks and TRIED out uli v jelqs, what happened was i got the best workout this far and didnt loose the wood. so i figgured no negative pi's so why not.
last week i read about the supra's. so i TRIED 1 in the edging session. Felt good, looked good but i lost the wood day after. took a break for 3 days, got wood back.
So i know supra was a bit intense and will stay off for now.

What would you then suggest Blink... i go back to a slower routine and ease even more into it. Im not in a hurry so i wont mind, but as long as pi's are positive am i doing it wrong?
