any pill with a proprietary blend claiming to do something is BS. proprietary blend is advertising speak for a it of this and a bit of that. nothing in those pills is in a large enough dose to do much.
DHEA is not testosterone. cypionate and proprionate, etc are the esters that are added to the testosterone molecule to make it longer acting. add the same ester to a DHEA molecule and you have DHEA cypionate. simple chemistry.
DHEA is a very weak precursor to testosterone. - 2 steps away.

tribullus terrestris, tonkat ali, ZMA, and DHEA are probably all in there (i didn't look at it) if you get those it will be cheaper and you might see some effects.
also, supplements are only valuable if you use workouts with them.
