I know I'm supposed to jelq with an eq of 50-75%, but I often find myself fluctuating from below 50% to as much as a 100% in a session. Does anyone have any tips on maintaining a steady eq or should I not worry about the fluctuation?
You shouldn't worry. Of course, if you go over 70% you should wait for the erection to subside, high erection level increases the chances of an injury.
If you're a beginner, the erection level should get steady in time. Your penis needs some time to get used to jelqing stimulans.
