I have the same thing as you, the weakness on the left side of my shaft at the base. Ben trying to stretch it out now but only at it for 4 weeks and think that working the curve takes a while. Atleast i havent seen any results yet. Its a little hard to work that spot to, since its at the very base. So i think that starting to masturbate with the other hand and stretch more to the oposite side is the best way to go. Dont think sidejelq is going to help much with this, you might just end up with a zigzag penis. Minijelq might help tho. But still hard to work that spot.

As for the erection, try doing kegels. The PC muscle (yup almost right =) ) might be "lazy". I was having 70% erections for a couple of years now. After 4 weeks of 100-200 kegels each 2nd day im now at a 90% erection most times, and it stays that way for longer. (even past erection sometimes)

i thought i had a venous leak. A condition that causes the cc to leak blood, and makes you unable to maintain a hard erection over time, for some not a full erection at all.

Hope some of this was of any value to you my friend

if im lying on my back, the glans is almost never full, but the shaft is really hard, and if im on top, or standing, its like a more normalish erection?

Seems like when lying on back, the blood doesnt get trapped in the spongiosum.. maybe cuz the BS muscle isnt contracting properly?
Glans and CS are not supposed to be as hard as the CS, in fact, I've seen quotes stating that the CS often remains "relatively soft" so the urethra can function. So what you describe may be normal. In any case, the glans and CS are supplied by the dorsal artery which is on the top of your unit, and this would have nothing to do with the BC muscle, except that active kegeling always forces more blood in.

I thought it was the BC muscle but yea could be the dorsal vein.. so does that mean the dorsal vein is damaged or something? This all started after I wore a metal cock ring that put a fair amount of pressure on the dorsal evin at the base.. but only once or twice.. could that have caused that kind of damage?

Are you sure its the dorsal vein that supplies the glans? where does the blood come from the fills the spongiousum? doesnt ehs spongiousum lead into the glans? I just difured the blood supply of the spongiosum is also what supplied the glans.
I'm not sure about the supply, but I'm certain that the dorsal vein drains both the glans and CS. If it fills, even sometimes, what you're concerned about is draining. It would be hard to believe from that one incident that you could have caused this, unless you had a preexisting condition. It's also hard to say what's normal and not normal regarding glan softness, aside from noting how it was before and after any activities. Were you doing anything else?

Lots of discussion on soft glans at thunders. Here's a poll result on the on soft vs hard glans. 210 guys took the survey. Over 50% have what they consider soft glans consistently. 13.33 percent seem to think the change resulted from PE.

It was hard pre-PE, and it's hard now. (40) 19.05%
It was soft pre-PE, and it's hard now. (6) 2.86%
I can't remember how it used to be, but it's hard now. (5) 2.38%
It was hard pre-PE, and it's soft now. (28) 13.33%
It was soft pre-PE, and it's soft now. (56) 26.67%
I can't remember how it used to be, but it's soft now. (34) 16.19%
Sometimes it's hard, sometimes it's soft. (41) 19.52%

Edit: couldn't format in colums due to font. Put parenthesis around the first number--the number of responders, followed by the percentage
