Hello im new to pumping. About a month in and I've had some questions: Is fluid build up a good or bad thing? For the first few sessions I had it pretty bad (but my flaccid hang after was incredibly huge biggest ever, girth same as my erect or more) and this lasted for 5+ hours. Now, I notice i no longer get the fluid and the larger flaccid isn't as big and doesn't last as long. Am I on the right track or not? I have no pain or damage now after a session but the hang isn't as much as before. Also I should note: I've been turtling alot lately even without PE, do I need weeks off to fully recover? I pump 3-4 times a week no more than 20 min session. What do you think?

Thanks

Thanks. I just wondered because I've always heard that you heal/gain faster when you are in a larger state, and the build up definitely makes you larger for awhile.

I am writing an article about this right now. Proper pumping and routines.

Basically in a nutshell, here is the best way to pump, especially for long term gains:

Get a pump with a GAUGE, and a cylinder that FITS PROPERLY. VacuTech - Penis Enlargement Systems has the best instructions (and pumping systems for that matter) for how to measure to make sure your cylinder FITS LIKE IT SHOULD>

Then here's what you do: Get an erection before entering the cylinder. This allows you to avoid a major part of were the fluid build up comes from, in my opinion.

Once you are in the cylinder, pump to NO MORE THAN 6 inHg, 4 inHg is actually the "perfect" pressure.

Maintain this for 10-15 minutes, then remove the cylinder. Then do 50 jelq strokes; these 2 things ALSO play probably the most major role in stopping fluid buildup; not going for any longer at one time than 15 minutes AND NEVER going above 6 inHg.

All of the above makes one "set"

Do 4-6 "sets" in one pumping "session".

Calixto has some good points.

I would add:
- Staying warm
- Make sure you get in breaks and jelq
- "stroke the tube" - this is basically jackin off with the tube but don't ejaculate - I do this occasionally to help keep circulation

Calixto also mentioned cylinder size - can't stress this enough- big enough for expansion but not too big so your nits are getting sucked into the tube. Depending on theseverity pf your turkeyneck (if you have one), this can pose a real problem.

Thanks for the response, very informative posts. I started out with 5-7 pressure 20 mins straight but hey, I didn't know any better. Now I want to start doing 10x3 or 15x3, at 3-5 pressure. I tried the 10x3 today and liked the results, but we'll see how it goes. I'm a bit cheap, and I started off with a 60 dollar pump, its probably a little short for me but there is plenty of room for girth which the only thing im focused on right now. Would one of the 200 dollar pumps really make a difference? I'm around 7.1x5.5, pump is around 7ish length and 7 girth. Do you think the pumps girth size is good enough for now? My goal is 7 girth.

Thanks guys

Ooooh haha ive been doing 20 mins sessions with 7inHg too...nearly finished my 2nd week.....and ive also been getting build-up just under the glands, think its called a doughnut? or something....

Seems like i need to change my routine, ill start doin 3-10 minute sessions, i cant spend too much time on it cause i dont really get much privacy :(

TurtleProblems, do you do stretches beforehand?

Oh yeah, and guys is it ok if i do like 1 session (10-15 mins, 50 jelqs) in the morning, and then do another 2-3 sessions at night?
Would that still get me gains if theres such a long break in between?

You can break up your routine any way you want - it shouldn't affect your gains in a negative way. Just make sure you take breaks of 2-3 days. If you are new to pumping, you can experience negative PI's rather quickly if you overdo it.

To be honest, I don't do any hardcore jelqing or stretching anymore. But I will do some light jelqing while taking about a 15 mintue shower. After the shower I go straight to pumping. I feel I put enough time in on the length, the only thing I want now is solid girth, bigger flaccid, and higher EQ. Also edge for stamina and better recovery and firm believer of not ejaculating on work days.

Good posts guys

Hello TurtleP, sounds like your doing fine to me. A big part of my routine includes fluid build-up over a long period of time at moderate vacuum pressure. As long as the tube has room so you don't pack the sides the foccus of the pressure will be on your entire penis rather than on just one small spot. Look up some of my other threads and posts for more detailed description and some photos.

I think I read about all of your posts Diamond, very informative. 35 years is true dedication. What do you think about edging combined with pumping? I'd like to think that with edging first you get some good expansion to start off early, but I worry about the fatigue. I notice if I edge then pump, I get max expansion very quickly, but sometime after the second pump "set" of 10 mins I no longer have that super expansion, most of it is in the head but the base is still mostly at max. What I mean is the fatigue seems to make the head smaller.

Thoughts?

I wouldn't edge just before pumping, jelqing and stretching helps condition the penis for the pump. Edging may reduce sensitivity or sexual desire just a bit and lower the arousal level. The thing is you've got endless time to experiment, there is no irreversible commitment as long as you don't injure yourself. After pumping I don't stretch or jelq because it forces the fluid out of my penis or into my foreskin and reduces the overal effect. After a year of experimenting you'll know more about you and pumping than anyone else could.

For somone whos been pumping for a month, what do you think is the longest amount of time I should pump in a day? I went 2 hours today with 15 minute sets at 4-5 pressure, no negative PI's no soreness, and no turtling. I also got the monster hang again that I got when i first started. This is the longest amount of time I've went so I just wonder what the limit should be.

Thanks if anyone can answer

I'm pretty sure I saw lampwick (or someone else) write they never had to go beyond something like 2 inHg or 3 inHg to make good pumping gains.

I think 5 inHg might be unnecessary. Also, I hope you're jelqing (or stretching) between sets.
