Thursday 30th September 2010
I jogged for 20 minutes early this morning before I went to school. It felt absolutely GREAT
I have seen a significant decrease in my downward curve since I started jelqing against the curve, where I did solely curvature correcting(CC) jelqs after my regular wet jelqs. In addition, every 4th regular jelq I do is followed by a CC-jelq on the 5th. Yet, I have decided to keep my CC-jelqing in a own set for itself as I have done today. I will then see how this will affect my curve after a 6months. The 5th CC-jelq in my regular wet jelqs will also be kept.
Today I also decided to add an addition set to each of the lengthening exercises. I will keep this routine for a couple of months and evaluate the outcome

It felt quite good today!
In other words I have added one set to my
flaccid stretches,
erect stretches,
erect jelqing w/tourniquet(pinched fingers) at base and
erect jelqing
