so what if i dont want to miss a workout but i dont have anything to warm up with?

Put a towel in warm (not too hot) water. Wrap it around your unit (this probably works better if you're erect, but either flaccid or erect probably works). When the towel cools off, do it again. After you've done it 2-3 times you'll probably be warmed up.
