I figure if I can find a natural solution I can keep the hair I have and then I wont have to worry about either shaving my head (because I'm bald) or considering expensive surgery (hair transplant) which disfigures a lot of men.

Are you able to get a rock hard erection? These hair gain drugs cause ED.

I only took propecia for a short time. I stopped when it had no effect.

Somehow, yes, I can still get a veiny rock hard erection (as long as I'm not overworking and as long as I am PEing, doing kegels, etc).

I would love to throw it all in the trash though if I could find something better. As I said, the only hair loss I have whatsoever is thinning in the front which I am trying to prevent.

Lately my EQ dropped to 8 (due to some overworking & experimentation), but within a month of restarting PE it was at a 9, and not long ago I believe it was a 10 again (I was getting hard morning wood, etc).

This might work to prevent hairloss. 5000mcg of biotin and 100 mg of inositol.

Is that dosage equivalent to this:
5mg of biotin
100 mg of inositol

I saw Biotin listed on page 1:

I had to dig down to page 3 to find Inositol:

Have you tried any of this stuff / or do you know anyone who it has worked for?
I'll also study the site some more...

Biotin

Biotin is very important for hair health. It is needed for healthy hair and skin, and may even prevent hair loss in some men. Eat plenty of foods high in biotin and/ or take it in supplemental form. Good food sources of biotin include brewer's yeast, brown rice, bulgur, green peas, lentils, oats, soybeans, sunflower seeds, and walnuts. You can also use hair care products containing biotin.

Dosage: 50 mg 3 times daily.

Inositol

Inositol is vital for hair growth.

Dosage: 100 mg twice daily.

I use Regaine as you are already doing, but I also have a Hairmax Lasercomb. It is FDA approved & therefore I do not think it is total BS.

Recently I have got lazy & have not been using it, but it is meant to be effective.

Yes that is equivalent to 5000mcg +5mg. You can buy biotin at walmart for 6$ at 5000mcg.

My biotin comes in 1 gram per pill & my inisitol comes with 500mg per pill.

So is it right to take 5x biotin pills & 1x inisitol pill per day?

I realize I'm getting 5 times the amount of inisitol that I actually need ...

I've been using stuff like rogaine & revivogen shampoo for more than 10 years now. It's not able to keep 100% of my hair...

I've considered hair transplant type stuff before, but then I kept finding pictures of disfigured guys. I still have my full hairline, but it's slightly receded & starting to thin....

If surgery doesn't become better, i'll probably just shave my head whenever the day comes that my hair is no longer attractive or full enough.

Seriously think about giving spectral dnc a try worked really well for me, that and a dht blocker natural one called procerin. I have pretty much gotten all my hair back and I was pretty far on the norwood scale.

Took like 1 month and peach fuzz then real hair was really cranking after the next month, definately have to use it twice a day. No side effects that I have noticed, I would be careful how you spray it careful not to get it on your face and don't use too much either from what I have heard.

Just remember that it is really important to have a dht blocker as well, also I used nizoral 5% shampoo like once a week which has also shown to help balding.
