It could be that you're hanging with too much blood in the shaft or that your clamps are too tight, try loosening them up by one click or two and see if that makes a difference

Make sure you squeeze the blood out of your glans before you tighten the hanger. Also make sure the hanger is gripping the sides of your unit (the erectile chambers). You don't want excessive pressure under your unit! I've been bruised by this mistake.

If you've got too much pressure under your unit, you need to widen your hanger (expand the hex nuts if you're using a bib hanger)

Experiment with Toe In /\ Toe out \ / or parallel | | hanger settings too. Figure out what's comfortable. Be careful with a lose hanger and toe in settings, this can create a noose effect on your glans (bad).

Also try adjusting the thickness of your wrap.

You can also adjust the type of wrap... personally I use something called an "HTW" (Hair Tie Wrap) with Theraband on top. When I wrap (1.4" behind the coronal ridge of my glans), I also do an extra pass or two towards my glans, and I leave the wrap slightly 'thinner' as I move down the shaft. I find this helps prevent my hanger from slipping.

It's also important to get your penis to hang straight (not twisted). This can be a wrap issue, or it can be more difficult if you've got a natural bend.

There's a long learning curve with hanging because there are several variables you've got to get right before the hanger is comfortable. Just move up very slowly at first in terms of weight. As you become better with your technique, you'll be able to safely increase your maximum weight.

Great info Thanks,
I have the bib hanger starter , I cant wrap to much or it will not close , I maybe should of gone with the standard bib.
I use Theraband and ace bandage over that and a mini sock. It works 50% of the time , The other 50% i have to re do it.
I will try the toe in and out method etc..

try a thinner wrap, just be sure to do at least an extra pass or two 1.4" behind your coronal ridge to prevent slippage (at least for me this helps a lot).

Try wider hex nut adjustments--that might also help.

Even if you've got 6"+ of girth, you should be able to hang 'comfortably' with the Bib starter (based on reports I've seen).

It does take time and effort to get the settings right.
