Pretty good workout. A bit stressed about work, didn't reach the level of relaxation I normally do.

Workout
Warm up, 13 min warm wrap and Heli shakes

Stretch circuit (Down, Right, Left, Up, Straight):
Helicopter shakes (slow count to 20)
20 sec stretch
20 Kegel reps while stretched
10 circle stretches to the left
10 circle stretches to the right

2 60 sec Tunica Tugs (20 count Heli shakes before, after and in between)

25 min Jelqing, mostly UJs (20 count Heli shakes before, after and during)
4 reps of 30 sec Flaccid Bends (1 down, 3 up - do them with a squeeze grip at the base instead)
3 reps of 60 sec ULIs (20 count Heli shakes before, after and in between)

10 5 sec Kegels
10 5 sec Reverse Kegels
10 5 sec Kegels
300 Quick Kegels

Millia, I hate to say this... I'm paying for it but have just been too lazy not to take Big Al's advice. Why? I had to take my five week break due to my arm and started back with PE middle of June. I figured I'd do a newbie routine mixed with some experimenting until beginning of August, then I'm off for three weeks on the Cape and my goal is to do PE there as well, at least light PE exercises. I know I won't be able to keep a strict routine though.

When I get back from our vacation I will check my stats, go through all the exercises and workouts, set new goals and start back a routine with Big Al as a coach. Anyways that's my plan. I think I've been one of those too eager adepts that really wasn't ready to follow his advice all the way... Guess I needed some exploring on my own, but planning on changing that though.

Are you using it? Or thinking about it?
Ahhh I see I see. I understand that mindset, except I didn't pay for anything, instead of starting with the typical JP 90 Day, I just went and did my own thing, every day I was doing something different and changing it up.

And I might consider it later down the line when I have some money and when/if I'm targeting girth and/if I'm not gaining. If that makes sense :p

Yeah, it makes much sense millia.

Gotta thank you! Because of that post I decided to get back in Big Al's coaching program after my vacation and also contacted him about it yesterday. Thank you for that reminder! :D

And my focus will be girth, girth and girth. My newly revised goal is to hit 8x6 by February 1st and I'm quite close regarding length.

Eased down on the jelqing time since I wanted to do regular and double ULIs today. Small red dots on my head, most likely caused by the pressure from the squeezes, probably a few bursted blood-vessels. Will take a day off tomorrow since I did squeeze exercises two days in a row... Squeezes are intense!

Just got back from the gym, did 45 minutes of intense cardio. Really hate it that my dick goes into effin' stealth mode when I do cardio, seems like the blood is needed somewhere else and I always end up doing like 20 JAI stretches and a 60 count of Heli shakes at the gym.

Workout
Warm up, 10-12 min warm wrap and Heli shakes

Stretch circuit (Down, Right, Left, Up, Straight):
Helicopter shakes (slow count to 20)
20 sec stretch
20 Kegel reps while stretched
10 circle stretches to the left
10 circle stretches to the right

2 60 sec Tunica Tugs (20 count Heli shakes before, after and in between)

15 min Jelqing, mostly UJs (20 count Heli shakes before, after and during)
3 reps of 60 sec Double ULIs (20 count Heli shakes before, after and in between)
3 reps of 60 sec ULIs (20 count Heli shakes before, after and in between)

20 5 sec Kegels (every other Reverse)
100 Quick Kegels

Cold wrap, 2 min
Heli shakes, massaging

Hehe, what can I say, I'm good like that :p

Holy crap, you lucky bastard! I don't even think I'm going to be going for 8x6, 8 is just so big now, IMHO, but I'll gladly take a 7.5 NBP ;) hee hee.

I wish you the best brother! I know you can do it!

Phewww, I know man but hanging is so tedious! Oh well! I enjoy it and it's giving me gains, and that's all that matters! :D

Thanks brodude! When do you leave for the Cape?

millia, I'm glad you're gaining! I don't think I'll every try hanging, but who knows... on the other hand; Why the hell not? Once that girth goes up there I might give it a go.

I leave for the Cape tomorrow. :)

Well, this Sunday I decided to go cold turkey on my nicotine addiction since 22 years.
It's not cigarettes, it's snus (the Swedish hardcore version, not the mild, horrible dip/chew versions that exists in the US).
I've heard it's a tougher addiction to beat than cigarettes.
Don't really matter to me.
I know it's been almost 48 hours; lots of sweat, little sleep and a horrible mood.
It's fucking hard.

The good thing? I quit. Permanently.

Good for you Larry! I am an ex-smoker myself so I know the road you are about to take mate. I live in Finland so snus (the real snus) is quite familiar to me. I have tried it few times but it's not for me. My cousin uses it but I don't.

Well done Larry for quitting the Cancer sticks. I would imagine it will definitely translate to EQ & therefore girth gains over the coming weeks.

Good way to think of it - GAINS.

Way to go Larrypinball for quitting. I'm pretty sure you gains in length or girth I'm not sure though. I too quitting slowly I use to smoke 1.5 packs a day now I'm done to 1 cig every 3 days or more. Eventually I will quit indefinatley.:D

danner, you should just go cold turkey on that right now! That's the way I like to do it. I realized I was having all these "internal" plans on how and when to quit, and telling my friends and parents about it... as soon as I realized what the fuck I was doing I decided to "fuck myself" and just quit right there and then. I did, I like it and it's a fucking pain. But it's gonna be anyway, so I figure... why not take it all on at once?!

Great stuff 'pinball and you're right, hitting it head-on and attacking it is the way to go, and thats what i'm gonna do too. Enjoy the flight mate, and have a great holiday!
