Lurked here for a while, posted a few questions recently. I have fooled around with a few of the exercizes recomended here but have never done anything solid. I was just trying to get a feel for them (lol). As I am aging, I am noticing my dick size shrinking quite apparently. I once measured in my early 20's. I knew not to cheat and measure from the bottom, so I measured NBPEL with the help and eyes of another person. I came out roughly at 6.25 NBPEL (I understand the accuracy isn't as good as other measurements). Now 10 years later that same measurement for me yields a shade over 5.5 inches. Essentially I've lost about .75 inches of length. Never measured girth back then, but now I sit at about 5.3-5.4 EG most days.
My birthday is coming up in about 2 weeks and I'd like to start PE then, just to use it as a good starting date. No other significance. I'd like to see the results I'd get in 6 months, and if those are promising keep going from there. I understand consistency is the key, but I have a big move coming up and probably going to be loading up on some extra school clases soon. What can I expect in that time if I do it right? I know bodies are variable, but are there some base numbers to use?
Ultimatley I'd like to get up to around 6.5 NBPEL. I already bonk my wife too deep right now if I get too crazy in certain positions and I don't want to get much longer, but to get that original 22 year old length back would be nice. Girth would be welcome as always for everyone I think. I'll start using the 90 day beginner routine, but where do I go after that? Is 1 inch improvement in EL realistic for a 6 month goal? 1 year? Less than 6 months?
BTW, if it means anything I'm 6 ft. on the money and weigh 205. I lift weights 3 days a week and have gained from 175 to my current 205 in 6 months. Bodyfat is around 17-18%% and will be going lower once I start to "cut". Thanks a bunch for any help and tips.
