That is a very vague description manonthemoon, you really should provide some more info if you want people to give you relevant advice.

How long have you been doing PE?
What is your routine?
How often do you PE?
What exercises did you add? Rep count? Time?
Is the "hot burning feeling" pain or more like fatigue?
When does it go away?
Does it have any effect on your EQ?

It's likely that you are putting too much stress on your dick. That could very well lead to overtraining and might even hinder gains.
Be sure to always be gentle and use light force.

If you answer the questions, you might get a more relevant answer. Good luck!

sorry bout that.. ive been doing pe for 4 months i finished the 90 day beginner routine.. (good gains). i took 2 weeks off.. and i recently started doing it again. i added the flacid bend leg tuck pull, side jelq and added more reps to my wet jelqs and v jelqs. i do 60 and 40 instead of the normal 50 and 30. the pain will usually go away as soon as i warm down. sorry for not being clear :/

First, congrats on the gains! How much did you gain?

When you take a break that's as long as two weeks you really should ease into your new routine and gradually build up the intensity and slowly adding new exercises. You've probably de-conditioned yourself a bit and your giving your dick even more stress than it's used to, especially after a two week break. So it's probably a mild sign of overtraining or if there's no pain just a mild burning sensation it could just be your dick reacting to the new exercises. Remember that "pain" should not be part of your PE vocabulary!

Either way my advice is to take it easy on yourself and go slow and gradually when you add new exercises.

Another good idea would be to start a progress log, that way other members can easily cheer you on and help will be easier to get if need be. It will also be much more rewarding for yourself to be able and track your progress.

Best of luck!
