Hey, lelouch. First of all let me say that that anime series was amazing!!
The reason for my post: how should I measure BPFSL? If I do a 15 minute warmup I easily gain an 1" in SFL. However, lets say that I just woke up in the morning, my BPSFL IS about an inch or more shorter than my BPEL.
Also, my LOT (Loss of Tug) is at 6 o' clock..which, if I understand correctly, means that I should focus my manual stretches directed toward my belly button (12 o' clock) and between 9 and 12 o' clock.
