In short:

If BPFLS is longer than BPEL by 0.5"+ then should focus more on girth exercises so smooth muscle is developed to catch up to the tunica and increase EQ (if low), this would mean that the tunica is more than the smooth muscle and so smooth muscle should be focused on.

OR

If PBFLS is less than BPEL by 0.5" then you should focus more on length exercises so the tunica can be developed, usually your EQ would be solid and so tunica is limiting your length.

by lenght u mean jelqing with 30%-50% errection..?
the 50%-80% is for girth improve okk..??

Hey, lelouch. First of all let me say that that anime series was amazing!!

The reason for my post: how should I measure BPFSL? If I do a 15 minute warmup I easily gain an 1" in SFL. However, lets say that I just woke up in the morning, my BPSFL IS about an inch or more shorter than my BPEL.

Also, my LOT (Loss of Tug) is at 6 o' clock..which, if I understand correctly, means that I should focus my manual stretches directed toward my belly button (12 o' clock) and between 9 and 12 o' clock.
