Ive just baought a big bag of epsom salt because I have really sore muscle's alot of the time.

Has anyone els used epsom salt here?

Id like to know how you like it, do you find it to be helpful for muscle's, ive only used it twice so I don't really know yet.

I was also thinking that it would be good for the healing from PE.

Any feedback is good.

I use Icy Hot... if you mean pain from lifting and such.
I did use that for my feet once. Seemed to work quite well.

I use that to, but my leg's hurt from so much biking ( I bike everywere it's my only way of getting around) and I never have enough time to rest them, and I dont really want to spread a bunch of icy hot all over my leg's so I thought id try this epsom salt stuff and see how it work's. Im just wondering if anyone else uses it and how they like it.

Epsom Salts ROCK!!!. I'll tell you from experience that soaking your whole self in a hot tub with about 2 measured cups of Epsom Salts is one of the best things you can do to relax tired muscles and a tired mind. I used to do them almost nightly back @ my old apartment where I had an awesome hot-tub with jets and all. I would do it about an hour before bed, where I would prep the bath (water as hot as you can tolerate without burning yourself) then soak in it for a good 10 to 15 minutes. I would get out and have a nice stretching session of both upper and lower body. The feeling is amazing and when you go to bed...you will fall asleep like you've never had before. In fact, the 1st couple of times I did that, I scared myself awake cause (being a light sleeper) I was just not prepared to feel myself sink into a deep sleep so suddenly. Man, I wish I was still at my old apartment cause right now all I have is a stand-up shower; I'm in serious need of an Epsom Salt bath these days.

That's awsome, good to hear that this stuff work's. I really enjoy soaking in a hot tub and now it'll be even better, and the smell is wicked.

You can also take it as a drink to help mineral levels, but it may give you the runs.

Put it in orange juice and it won't taste as bad. It helps keep you regular. About 1/2 a teaspoon. 8oz. glass.
