todays workout was strange. I didn't had the privacy that i'm used to so I changed some things. The workout was only stretch based.
I started with 15 min warm up and 2 sets of directional stretches with 10 circles in between. I got erect while doing my stretches. I think that my dick was screaming for some jelqs (good response) so I added some uli's (5 x 10 sec each ). After that I did some light tunica tugs.
It was an intense and good workout, a change, but i miss my jelqs. Anyway I will rest properly and hope to continue with my basic routine after that.
