todays workout was strange. I didn't had the privacy that i'm used to so I changed some things. The workout was only stretch based.

I started with 15 min warm up and 2 sets of directional stretches with 10 circles in between. I got erect while doing my stretches. I think that my dick was screaming for some jelqs (good response) so I added some uli's (5 x 10 sec each ). After that I did some light tunica tugs.

It was an intense and good workout, a change, but i miss my jelqs. Anyway I will rest properly and hope to continue with my basic routine after that.

rest day


Yesterday I felt like I kinda overdid it. I saw some turtling during the day so I'm glad it's my rest day. I will watch my P.Is trough the day and see if I maybe take another day off. I will slow it down a notch or two, still not ready for some intense workouts.

Plan is to drop the uli's for now since they put me on the edge each workout. I will do fine, but it's funny how once in a while you need to remind yourself that steady and low intense workout are better for your member in the long run.

Work out:

I did first a long 40 min warmup. The goal was to be most possible ready for a workout. The 40 min went almost like seconds, i was chatting with some nice girl on facebook. after a warm up I followed with only couple light directional stretches. I don't wanna mess with my EQ anymore. After that I jelq for 13 min and v jelq for 7min. My dick was tired but it maintained the erection levels.

I think that I'm on my way back with proper exercising. I woke up today with a good morning wood. The light workout was what I really needed. I will continue from tomorrow with usual routine.

hi , folks my laptop was broke and my forum password were saved oh him. I still PE'd in that time but wasn't active in the forum.

My progress was steady, I had some time where I had good erections, EQ 10 and wasn't able to stretch because I got easily erect. Then I switched to mainly stretching because I didn't had any length results and screw my EQ a bit. Nothing serious. I'm now in my 3rd rest day after since my 90 days are over. I will continue with my routine today.

Missed you folks, cheers :)

Hey rock! Glad to see you're back, had me a bit nervous for awhile there. So you're finished the 90 days huh? Congratulations buddy! I just finished my 90 on June 17th, and decided to stick with the routine I had been successful with. Glad to have back on the forums..got a little frustrating checking your progress log everyday to see if you had updated just to see you hadn't been around.

thx for your concerns mate, i'm lost a bit on tracking my progress, I think that I'm finished with 90 days, if not I'm pretty much near the end. Anyway i need put my routine back together, missed the forum and good advice :)

Life is good, it's summer time here in croatia so I party a bit more and sleep less but nothing to worry about.

28 6 2010

workout today :

20 min warm up

1 set of directional stretches with circle stretches in between
6 bundle stretches
2 flaccid bends
10 min jelq and v jelg light 20-40 % erection

good workout, it was intense and relative short. My mainly focus now is stretching and deforming tunica till I gain in length. I plan with kegels and light jelqing to remain my EQ at top. Last days my EQ was around 7-8. because i was only stretching. I rested 3 days and planed to change my schedule to 5 on 2 off on weekends. my workouts will be shorter but the accumulated fatigue should do the needed twist and probably lead to gains.

give me your thoughts on these changes :)

I'm interested to see how this new focus on the tunica will affect your gains. If you look over my progress log, I just actually commented yesterday on wanting to target my tunica more than I have for the first three months. I've read over the TGC theory a few times and know that my tunica is the cause of my gains being limited...I'm still trying to get some advice from the forum vets to see what ways I could improve my routine. I'll be following this closely to see how you've responded.

Todays P.Is are good, slight morning wood and superb flaccid hang. I'm really surprised since the bundle stretches are really intense
Right now i will keep the 5on 2 off schedule with these shorter but intense stretching workout.

I strech to fit my needs. Different strech each day but mainley strech & hold with alot of heat ( rice sock @ least 10 minutes ). Started BPFSL 4 1/2 BPEL 4 3/4 EG 4 1/2 after 1 year BPFSL 5 5/8 BPEL 5 3/8 & EG 5 1/4. So far so good.
