I'm starting Stretching tomorrow for the first time, but I'm wondering, is hanging better / faster for gaining length size?
I tried hanging once. I won't touch that again for a very long time. It was way too intense, I thought my dick was being ripped off.
I'm doing something similar. I'm staying at 5x sets per day (for me that fits my schedule), and from here I'm only increasing weight. Once I reach at least 15-20lbs, I may add more sets... but I wanted to maximize gains with the minimum time required. And less than 10 hours a week usually (not always) produces poor hanging results.if I could do it over, I'd have focused on LESS time...one to two sets daily at the most and progressively more weight.
