I'm starting Stretching tomorrow for the first time, but I'm wondering, is hanging better / faster for gaining length size?

It's debatable. I'm a very experienced hanger myself and can say that it takes a long time to work up to higher weight levels with hanging. Mainly because hangers are hard, unforgiving devices and your hands are not. You can pull with much more force a lot sooner with stretches.

I think hanging is the best form of PE..but I also think Still is right. Formula 1 cars are the fastest cars, but you wouldn't want that to be the first car you drive!

I'm personally new to PE, and I think my approach is a good one (maybe i'm biased :)) I'm going to focus mainly on manual stretches, however I'll be incorporated some hanging to do just wath Still said - build myself up to heavier weights. When I can comfortably hang with heavy weights, I might make a full switch.

But I think manual stretching is best for the begginer. Not only can you use more force, but it trains you to "feel" the stretches in the right places.

Hey Outlawtas.. I recommend you to wait 6 month of regular begginer routine before start hanging. Hanging is considered as a Advance exercise in PE. Take care :)

I tried hanging once. I won't touch that again for a very long time. It was way too intense, I thought my dick was being ripped off.

LOL. If you try again, start with very low weight. Eventually your phallus will get used to it.

I want to add, I'm not ''anti hanging'' now, it's definitely a viable option for some men, but for most...they're better suited manual stretching. Hanging is an entirely new bag per se. Also, it can lend itself to becoming more of an INTRUSIVE type of PE. I literally used to plan my day around hanging, and eliminate things that I didn't think were ''necessary'' so I could hang ASAP. It's pathetic looking back. Like I've said, if I could do it over, I'd have focused on LESS time...one to two sets daily at the most and progressively more weight.

I've been hanging for about 2-3 weeks now, started with 0.15kg and now about 0.3kg for a couple of hours a day, I have to say im finding it very easy and completely forget i have it on as i sit or wonder around!
Would you consider 0.3kg heavy?
What kind of weight does it take to start seing some results?
How long?

How much is that in pounds?
And it isn't about the weight that gives results, it's consistency and how you're hanging and how many sets and how long, lots of factors for hanging.

For me it took very little at all, now it's taking longer, it's different for everyone.

I have been wearing it for a couple of hours every day for the last 2 weeks, i can feel the pull but it only takes me from a 5" flaccid to 5.5" while wearing it, must have a pretty strong penis hehe...

so is 0.66lbs low/avg/high? i have no idea!

I'm doing something similar. I'm staying at 5x sets per day (for me that fits my schedule), and from here I'm only increasing weight. Once I reach at least 15-20lbs, I may add more sets... but I wanted to maximize gains with the minimum time required. And less than 10 hours a week usually (not always) produces poor hanging results.
