I'm sorry but drinking this is not necessary. I don't know what your weight/health situation is like, but orange juice and honey, mixed? Sugar overload. You should not need that much energy to practice PE. I may be a newbie to PE but I have a doctorate in physical therapy as well as owning a health and nutrition supplement business. You don't need this much sugar.
If you need honey, have it in moderation. Juices should be limited to during or immediately after intense or long duration workouts, and not at night.
