RockofFox mentioned in a post that he grows at least one of his own supplements. I grow vegetables some years and spices as well but never thought to grow anything PE oriented. Does anyone have a PE garden or otherwise grow any of The Five G's or anything else helpful to PE?
Is it hard? (Pun intended.)
Got any gardening pointers?

Great idea for a thread me old partner o' the seas. I'll post what I posted in my log, with a few links here and there. Every man should be growing at least some of the below!!!!

I have planted/have seeds for/ about to buy the following. (I have included some links for a description and some benefits)

chamelia sinensis (tea plant - Green tea needs no introduction)
WHFoods: Green tea

gotu kola x 5 pots
Gotu kola Benefits & Information

ashwaganda
Ashwagandha - Uses and Benefits

plantago major (plantain) {used in TCM to clear dampness}
Plantain (Plantago Major) - Benefits,Uses, Side Effects

I have 3 goji bushes, 2 l.chinensis, 1 l.barbariam
I am growing heaps of stinging nettles (one of the best tonics in the world)
Stinging Nettle - Benefits and Side Efects

immortality vine/Xian Cao/jiaogulan
Jiaogulan - Health Benefits

raspberries
WHFoods: Raspberries

schizandra chinensis
Schizandra, benefits of Schizandra, sexual enhancer, youth tonic, beauty, herbs

passionfruit
2 apple trees
peach tree
apricot tree
lots of aloe Vera

and am shortly going to purchase Chinese plum, more raspberries, blueberries, pomegranette, cape gooseberry

all of the above have wonderful health giving properties, and many such as goji, ashwagandha, raspberry, stinging nettle plantain and pomegranette are very important for male health. My focus is more on the overall health of the body rather than to get better erections/last longer etc.

I think with all the chemicals used, it's more important than ever to become as self reliant as we can. I'm growing as much in pots as I can for two reasons- in case I move and to combat Adelaide's extreme summer heat.I love herbs Pirate. Look up feralkevin on YouTube is a bit of an inspiration!

Water restrictions ruined my garding efforts, but with recent rain I have started making an effort again.
I have several trees which I managed to keep alive,I am on a small plot though and limited space wise.
Have orange, lemon, kalamanski.guava, mulberry, avacado and olive, lost my bay tree recently. In vines, I have passionfruit and grape.
Have chives,chili,tomatoes basil.rosemary,lemon grass ,gotu kola,aloe vera,nasturtium and coriander.

Is plaintain related to sweet potato Rocky?

Will have a think if anything else will fit in and of course if it has pe value that is an extra.

Mate plantago major is pretty much just your common backyard weed that everyone pulls out and chucks away.

It does however have a great ability to clear dampness and phlegm from the body.

Pick leaves, wash, dry, put in cup, pour hot water over.
You can dry the leaves and keep them for awhile.

I may give it a try. I am told that eating local honey helps with allergies as well.

Blackberries, some raspberries, plums, a kind of mini-nectarine, almonds, tomatoes, green peppers, jalapenos, and some assorted squash and melons.
My olive leaf tea was pretty weak. When I strengthened it, it was bitter. I am doing something wrong.
I would love to attract some bats and have been considering adding a bathouse to the mix.
