More intensity, to gain faster?

I'm now, after aprox 6 month of PE started to apply more pressure. I feel my dick can handle it, I do not get turtling
anymore and it feels like a good workout. I have a good EQ. But mostly I do not feel that much afterwards. Warming down
a lot, with the shower head and really hot water 10-15min(I have the shower close to my bathroom sink so I can hang my dick
over it and let water flow, for me this is a very effective way to warm up and down), which is a good thing for me to prevent it.
Today I did a really intense workout, and my dick felt really big for a long time after. This must be good right?

So, in order to gain faster, should I continue with a more intense routine? Or should I continue the same way as before?

Also, when forcing blood up the shaft, the pressure is high, it doesn't hurt that much, this might sound bad. Really should
PE always be without pressure during the session? Or is it ok if you feel a lot of pressure(hurting just a little bit).

So, a higher pressure should be good?

Your dick shouldn't "hurt", it may get tired and feel a little bit sore after but pain is not good.If your getting good PIs from it then keep doing what your doing, but dont keep increasing intensity everyday, you should increase when youve noticed your not gaining anymore, just dont go to hard on your dick, Watch your PIs closely and listen to your dick.

You shouldn't in anyway feel any sort of pain while doing pe.Don't grip too hard while doing your jelqs .... Hold a firm grip but not a hard grip ....

The harder you go on your dick the tougher it will become making it harder for you to gain in the future. If you've gained at what you were doing before then no need to switch it up and change it around

Great advice but not easy to follow - takes a lot of focus, discipline and self control.

As correct as you are I'd think it would be easy to follow especially from someone who's been doing PE for 6 months already, hell I could be wrong though

I think that statement holds true in some respects of the penis anatomy, but I don't think all elements of PE work that way. I wish I could explain more right now.

The PEGym
millia is talking on puting Nos on a formula 1 car. It will sure blow up the engine, because it is already at top perfomance. Puting NOs on it, will only get disaster.
O.G. I think that you think about 'adjusting the formula 1 car engine' for slight improvement(like in real formula 1 car), that will translate into gaining.

If so, I say you are both right.

I hope you understand my analogy with F1.

So first when I see visual results I should move up? More intensity that is?
Or, if I feel I can handle more should I add more?

Do what feels comfortable and what feels right. Don't do more than your dick can handle. If you push yourself too hard, you're likely to get an injury. Remember, while the penis doesn't have muscles, it's like any other body part. If you've been at this 6 mos. now and feel you can handle more pressure and intensity, then do it. The key is moderation and safety.

I agree and most probably want to get in the best workout each and every time.
Normally my workouts are pretty intense, due to my time window but with that being said I'm more cautious than anything.
I workout the rest of my body in a similar fashion, where I'll do shorter but more intense workouts and it seems to be paying off.
Form and patience cannot be overlooked, so good luck and be safe if you do increase your workouts!
Cheers...
