Not sure if this is the right forum for this but here goes,

I have recently started using Whey Protein as a supplement for my full body workouts, since my dick is basically a muscle would using whey protein after a PE workout have any positive effects on my longterm gains?

The dick does have muscles in it, but it's much more complicated than that. There are tissues, fibres, etc all to be considered as well.

I've experimented with a whole host of supplements and I do not believe Whey Protein will do anything specifically for PE gains. To coin an old phrase on here, the only way to gain is to do the exercises. If you want to use supplements, there are many more specific ones that have been proven to be effective. L-Arginine, Zinc, Vitamin B6, Ginko, Ginseng, Green Tea, etc can aid with things like blood flow, vasodilation, etc.

ReetB is right. Whey Protein will do NOTHING for PE. lol. Is just protein. Even for your muscles, the best supplement in the world, is real quality food. Powders and other stuff, are a complement.

Actually protein builds tissue, fat and carbs are used primarily for energy(carbs) and fat is converted hormones(cholesterol in Testosterone for example) is used as a lubricant etc. I think that a supplementation with protein would help building the tissues of the penis but dont expect a miracle, your body has a set ability to regenerate and it is very difficult to speed it up.

Yes but a powder of whey protein will make NO DIFFERENCE. A couple raw eggs will be healthier and more beneficial. Protein powders only make a difference for serious athletes and bodybuilders who really destroy muscle fibers and need EXTRA nutrition to ensure an anabolic environment. Of course big companies will encourage everybody to buy weight gainers, protein and all the sh*t, but 95% of the people will see no difference at all.

The only situation that I could envisage affecting PE in terms of protein, would be if someone was malnourished.

Yes take Whey if you are not getting much protein from your meals, but do not expect much.

Egg whites are good for semen volume in my experience.

Whey protein IS GREAT!!! BUT...... it is a fast acting protein and only hits muscles that have been worked real hard and are crying out for protein...... You sure aint gona work your penis muscle that hard so dont bother.

If sports supplements helped, then think about it, every guy would inject his penis with Anabolic Steroids and it would get massive...

Unfortunately there are no shortcuts to cock success!!

And anyone that thinks whey protein is crap really doesnt know what it means to get big :)

The truth is, none of us really know the effect of protein on our penile smooth muscle because it is not a subject that will have been researched.

Our instincts tell us to get adequate protein, Whey could be a part of that.

I have been lifting weights for 20+ years, & I know the value of the different proteins.

legdoctor - have you checked out the Chemical PE thread? I think you'll find it interesting.

Penile tissue is not the only smooth muscle in the body. If whey protein made that much of a difference, all we, bodybuilders, would be carrying internal organs the size of cows. IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY PEOPLE. Whey protein is just a tiny complement of the daily diet. You won't see difference.

Now if you know what is SPS protein, that is different. But I'll let that for those who claim knowing a lot about the game.

I've no idea what SPS protein is so cant make an educated decision on that.

With regards to muscle and whey protein..i thought that maybe if your "working" the muscle when you PE its the same as working your muscles in the gym and the Whey protein would give it that slight boost

SPS protein is Super Plasma Serum. Contains the highest naturally occurring amounts of IGF-1. It has been proven anabolic properties and retention of NO. It is so highly purified, that it does not need to be digested. It is directly absorbed by the digestive system and shot to the muscle fibers.

Even with that, NO, Your penis WILL NOT grow more because of powder protein. It does not work that way.

Thanks for the explanation on that Jackxxx, appreciate it.. im not looking at whey powder or any other means of protein-style enhancement for my "member" im in this for the long haul and am planning on doing things that natural way with my hands ;)

I only brought the query up as im taking whey protein after my full body workouts and wanted to know if it would affect my PEing..

Thanks Jackxxx - This makes me realize how not up to date I am anymore on proteins! I do however hold the same view, that it does not work that way.

I am therefore happy to hear Stumpytoon say that his main intention in taking his Whey protein, is for his weight training. I must admit that the thought of protein in the diet did cross through my thinking early into PE. I have always taken protein shakes or ensured that I was getting enough protein. I believe eating as healthily as possible, can only help.

I think it will be amazing to see how science impacts on PE in the decades and centuries to come, & whether nano technology will ever play a role.

I'll be long gone by the time that happens - so it's manual PE for me!

Whey protein is a super food and its one of the few suplements that have zero known negativ side effects.

If you make a whey shake with berris, bannas, fress fuits Its just about as healty as it gets.

The boxer Bernard hopkins is at the age of 46 the oldest linare champ, he stats that no one eats more healthy then him, and ges what almost of his protin intake comes from whey.

People dont undertsand that its not because whey protein will directly make there penis bigger , but being very healthy will make you penis recover faster , and that suport growth.

I like to be sure so i have a protein shake/cretin with blue berris and banna right after my pe session, I know its good for me and as a bonus its just about the best tasting food i know of.
it also leave feeling great the rest of the day.

My two cents

I strongly urge people to use other proteins other than Whey and Soy. Personally, I like eating food, and then taking some specific amino acids (such as BCAA powders).
