Please i need your knowledge about herbalife!!

hi guys

i need your help about supplement from Herbalife company . i bought formula 1 and 3 to gain weight , because am underweight , i want to gain at least 15 Kg -

but the issue is this, all the resources that i found talk about workout during taking these kind of products . does that mean i will not gain any result if i did not do the exercises??? how come !! if i am underwieght and skinny guy ,why i have to workout before getting suitable body !!!!!!!!!!

another thing :

have anyone used this product before ? Is it good for getting weight , because it is soooooooo expensive

Herbalife is good for weight loss, I never heard of people using it for weight gain, I have a friend who sells it.

I know of a new company that sells product for gaining weight and losing weight. I have lost 13 lbs by doing nothing but eating a milkshake. I don't know about gaining weight 'cause I haven't used it but i believe i might be a group product as well. I'm not advertising it! I just think it is a phenomenal product.They sell a kit for gaining weight,and for building muscle.I wouldn't recommended if I haven't seen the results.

Hi, I will look for it and send the info to you in a private email-my father is the one that bought it and he knows all the info, he is a doctor and I was very surprised to see him buy that product since he doesn't believe in many of them. He studied all the components and made an extensive research before buying it. (he bought it for my little brother who has been obesed his entire life, and so far he lost 13 lbs in three weeks or so,also my other brother was the one who introduced him to the product and he lost 15 lbs in a month. He doesn't like to work out.). I don't want to put the company info here 'cause I believe this forums work great by not advertising or trying to promote products ,since many new people like me will think that this pe gym webpage is made in order to sell products and they might think that pe exercises don't work. hi, i'll ask my father. he is the one that knows( he even made a research and told me that the product has lots of ingredients that a really good for getting a good nutrition). I might even create a new post telling you my experience (and my brother's experience) with the product.I can tell you for sure that the one for losing weight really works!!,
I will buy the one for building muscle or gaining weight (cause I lost more weight than what i wanted) and I will start doing proper exercises a in 2 weeks (after i'm done with college) .I will keep you posted about the results for building muscle.
Last but not least I believe you need a code from a distributor or someone that has bought it before in order to buying it on the internet (It is not sold in stores). I think my father has it or my brother has it(not really sure).
I will send you an email once my father gives me the info.

Dude why not try vitamin B12
Its cheap,a vitamin and will make you eat.
You will need to workout.weight usualy start around your waist if you dont.
Do little reps and more weight for bulking up.Not to much cardio.
Try to avoid suppliments you dont know and just eat alot.
B12 should help you for that.
