hi people,

i started this PE thing back in 0ctober 09. From the off I went with JP's 90 day program as most people do. Unfortunately i didn't stick to it as i should have, i tried to force the issue by adding all kinds of advanced excercises and in the latter stages of the 90 day period my P.I's just hit rock bottom.

I recognised that i had overtrained and took a 2 week break over the new year period to repair the damage. The time off was sufficient enough to have my back to my regular state, so with that i decided to restart the program.

I'm 8 weeks in now on my second go around, i have remained disciplined and it appears to have paid off. Any small gains i had before i would put down to varying EQ as i didn't want to raise my hopes, but today was probably the first time i have acknowledged actual growth since starting pe.

My very first measurements in oct 09 were: bpel 7.125 & eg 5.125

today i measured 7.75 bpel so theres no longer any doubts as to whether this works or not.

Great post and i hope this sends a good mesg out to people that you cant rush and you cant temper with the JP90 day routine,That routine was set be someone who knows what hes talking about and no other exercises should be added to it till at least three soild months of it.

Im happy to hear that your starting to gain..long may it continue!

As advice to us newbies, can you share what kind of indicators caused you to think you were overtraining? Thanks and congrats on the great gains.

Thanks for the praise fellas...

To the last guy who posted, the negative indicators i had were pretty severe...

  • major turtling
  • hard flaccid
  • eq was poor... (couldnt even call it an erection some days)

When these n.i's start happening you also start to deteriorate mentally. You start worrying about whether you've done permanent damage and as we all know anxiety generally leads to poor performance/ prowess. So that's when i decided to take the break. I had a look in the ED forum and come to the conclusion that i just over trained and that there was no major issues. Then in that down time it was a case of getting in the right frame of mind, accepting that my lack of results was down overtraining and that if was more diligent in my 2nd program i'd see results as many others had.

do you do 5 days on 2 days off? 2 on 1 off? or 1 on 1 off?

are you uncut or cut? because i sometimes have a hard time stretching because im uncut, but im using some baby powder that helps alot, but i dont feel i get the stretch i want. And when you do the rotating stretch 10 reps to the left and 10 to the right after stretching to one side, do you hold your stretch for 2-3 seconds in each position (so, down, up, sl) or do you just go around in a big circle without holding? you know what i mean?

and last, do you do 300 jelqs and 180 v-jelgs (that includes one hand is one rep)?

Answers to those questions..

I do 5 days on 2 off if everything is feeling and looking good. There's been a couple weeks where i've taken 3 days rest though if my joint is feeling overworked.

I'm cut and still i can relate to your problem. I feel sometimes that my stretches are just working my skin opposed to the tissue/tunica but you just have to fiddle around with the grip until it feels right(ish)

The rotating stretches i just do big continous circles, no pauses and i do the jelqs just as you've stated.

okay, thanks for the reply dude! and amazing gains!! keep going, you give me motivation keep on going!! i nearly finished jps program and have been doing 5 days on and 2 off, but sometimes i feel my unit has been overworked so i did 2 on and 1 off the last 3 weeks, had to take a small 2 week break because of some family matters, i have had small gains, but its still gains :) just started today on jps program again, and this time im gonna ease into it, with 2 days on and 1 off and keep the intensity low for the first 2 weeks and progress as i feel im ready for it, not rush into anything. what are your erection level on when you jelq?
