Hey everybody! I've done PE 90 days now but haven't got any gains. Is that normal?
My routine is:
-10 minutes warm up
-6 minutes basic stretching
-200 basic jelqs
-50 kegels
Should I increase intensivity of my routine? Please help me. I feel that PE isn't working for me at all.
And sorry my probably bad english.

No gains. Hm..
How are you doing your stretches?
How long do you hold each stretch?

Jack1,
Def answer the questions in Gyrtas post. The kinds of stretches your doing coupled with appropriate time is crucial. Double check intensity as well, might not be pullin hard enough! Your english is fine, where are you from?

Thanks for answers. I'm from Finland so glad to see my english is fine. I do stretches to the right, left, up and down, keeping them 30 seconds each. I do all directions three times so it takes 6 minutes in all. It's is very frustrating beacause I haven't noticed gains at all. Not even little. Should I add some more advanced exercises to my routine?

You can either increase intensity or make your own routine with all the exercises at your disposal.

Do 50 seconds stretches instead. Do it to times for all directions. This should increase the total time slightly and also give you more intense stretches.
Also, try to use a lot of heat during the stretches.

For the jelqing, I recommend you not to jelq with high erection. Try to be semi-erected.

Hell if you didnt see gains in 3 months man, I would just change things up! Blows my mind you didnt see any gains in that amount of time! Def start holding your stretches for longer periods of time with ADDED intensity. Maybe add some some jelqs and more sophisticated styles of stretching. Do you use any devices or do you just do manuel type stuff?

Maybe I just stretch with too low intensity then. I don't use any device. I'll try to follow your advice and let's see what happens during next months.

Thats rough not gaining nothing in 3 months man. I'm sure they'll come soon. At first i wasn't stretching or jelqing properly. Some advice from the veterans on the basics though had me doing it better. I wasn't pulling my foreskin back when stretching, and thats a must for a good stretch. And with the jelqs i learned it should be a slow, fluid motion, with 2 hands on the penis- the second hand already starting up the shaft when the first hand lets go from behind the glans.

These simple changes to my technique saw me gain. Don't lose heart mate, you'll find your style and gain some.:training1:

Sorry dude that you havnt gained in that three month period, you'l be surprised to here tho that even tho you didnt gain them three months will set you up along your way to gaining :) no doubt about it, for me the hardest is the stretch because you think im i pulling to hard or to little.

Keep at it !

dont worry about that mr.finland.. not everyone sees gains after 3 months, its not uncommon, some see gains after 2 weeks some after 2 months and some actually have to do pe for about 8-9 months to even see gains.. just keep at it.. and use the forum for what its worth! theres a lot of information here that will help you along.. how have your PI's been during the 90 days?
but as the rest say, maybe you need to up your intensity on the stretch..

good luck!

Jack1 your not alone!! I have been doing PE now for 3 months too with no erect gains. My flaccid has grown a little but not much. My workout consists of the following.

12 minute warm up with rice sock
20 seconds of helicopter shakes
stretch to the right, holding for the duration of 25 kegals
20 seconds of helicopter shakes
stretch to the left, holding for the duration of 25 kegals
20 seconds of helicopter shakes
stretching straight out for the duration of 25 kegals
20 seconds of helicopter shakes
stretch straight up for the duration of 25 kegals
then i wet jelq for 50 reps
v-jelq for 30
wet jelq for 50
v-jelq for 30
wet jelq for 50
v-jelq for 30
then complete the workout with an 7-8 minute warm down.

and like i said, i have NO erect gains at all. really killing my motivation to continue, even though i see all over the forums not to quit.
is my workout strong enough to gain or should i be doing something else. someone please help!!!

I don't pull my foreskin back when I'm stretching. Am I doing wrong? Maybe there's possibility that i'm stretching skin only. Sad that you're in the same kind of situation jt_fresh :bad: but let's not give up,still! :)

jack1: you need to pull your foreskin back, i assume your uncut? the main thing of getting gains is as i have understand it, is a good stretch.. so what i do, is i pull my foreskin back and grip just right under the glans and then stretch. try using baby powder, that has helped me.. you need to stretch the tunica not the skin.

Jt_fresh: i see you dont go around in circles after the stretch, 10 reps left and 10 right.. maybe try and do this?
* stretch to left for 25 kegels and then make big circles to the left for 10 reps and then 10 big circles to the right for 10 reps..
*helicopter 20 seconds
* then repeat to the right
*helicopter
* then repeat SO
*etc..

and one more thing, if your motivation is down and you dont feel its working, try reading the success stories and read on the progression page for tips.. this will definetly benefit you!! :) just dont give up, think of pe as a lifestyle, dont rush into it and be disapointed that your not gaining the first months, just stay positive and believe that you WILL GAIN!
and remember the gains are permanent and i bet after 1 years time you will look back at when you first started and not regret one second that you started this long journey to get the dick you've allways dreamed of having ;)

happy gaining!!
