Yeah you can take them every other day. And when your woodies are as hard as a rock you can half the dose.
haha how long did it take to see results?

Thanks for the PM, KP. I have ED primarily due to 17 years of diabetes. I guess I should add my two cents to the thread. I have followed the following routine for about two months which has generated some improvement (sometimes good, sometimes minor) to my ED: Daily I take Ginkgo B, 120mg; Yhimbe Bark, 500mg and Arginine, 2000 mg. I also use an ED designed 30 minute low pressure pumping routine (Avocet8) twice a day, three times a week. During the night when I anticipate sex the next morning I consume erection tea containing 1 tsp each of cummin, ginger, and arginine ethyl ester. I also take two "erection enhancing" pills - Maxidus and Rock Hard Weekend. ( I have had some decent success with each of the latter two when taken by themselves.) I also pump my penis under low pressure for 30-45 minutes during the middle of the night and water pump in the morning for 15 minutes while taking my shower. In the past I needed to take up to 100mg viagra, but lately I have usually been able to reduce the dose and occasionally eliminate it all together.
Once I have completed all of the above, I am now usually ready to please my wife with a girthier (1/2 - 3/4 in), longer (1/2), and harder dick than I have had in years. Occasionally, not so good. I also usually need to wait at least 2 days between orgasm sex before I can orgasm again, but if I don't, I still have fun with my bigger dick and so does my wife.
Based on earlier posts, it seems I should be adding garlic and ginsing to the mix. Any other suggestions or comments ?
Thanks for your thoughts, KP. I will add to the G's and look into magnesium. Fortunately, weight is not yet a problem because I am avoiding simple carbs and starches. Once the weather improves, I can get back in the pool and shed the 15 pounds I gained over the winter.
Two approaches make sense to me:
(1) add them one at a time to your diet, waiting a week or two each time you add one to see what it does to you. That way you can figure out easily if something doesn't agree with you.
(2) just dive in and try them all at once. If they make you feel sick or weird, stop and go back to approach #1.
The advantage of approach #1 is that you might be able to detect which supplements are actually helping you. 5-10 supplements is going to cost you a bunch of money -- it seems to me that it would be good to know which are working for you, and which maybe aren't. So I like approach #1. BUT if you are in a big hurry (like most of you guys seem to be!) then I can see going with approach #2. The worst that will likely happen is that you'll make yourself sick to your stomach.
I expect that it is always best to take supplements with food, but maybe some of the pros should address that one.
I usually take some before breakfest and some before dinner. I also take additional supplements in the middle of the night if I think I will be lucky in the morning. Does spreading the consumption over 8+ hours reduce the effectiveness of the blend.
gonna try to munch on some garlic every day or so... or I might as well just replace my cayenne pepper pills with garlic pills
BTW for those who wanna just eat raw garlic like me... articles say that chopping the garlic and letting it sit for 10-15 min is better becasue the Allicin found in it is only released after it has been chopped
good post like always kingpole!
