Careful there bro, might wanna change it up with egg whites or other things. That much tuna consistently over time has been known to raise a person's mercury levels. Just a thought.
I have done bodybuilding for 10 years now, and more than anything I am lucky to have exceptional genetics. BUT, I know now for a fact that you do not need near these "recommended" amounts of protein to make gains. You just need to injest small amounts at the right times. You honestly are just shitting the rest out.
Someone just yesterday made a good comparison of a 1lb steak. They said, take the steak and wrap it around your arm. It makes your arm MUCH bigger right? Stay with me here, NOW think about the protein content of that huge ass steak. Only 60 grams of protein, only enough for 2 "bodybuilder" servings,...some guys its only ONE SERVING.
But, the body, at best, science I have read proves, can only process a MAX of 21 grams at a time, and still all of it won't be sent to nourish the broken down muscles anyway.
BUT, if it has helped you with PE gains, BY ALL MEANS, who cares about mercury, HAHAHAHA.
No really, just some things to consider. Best of luck guys, keep reporting to us!
