Dustpan has a great hanger that I believe he has used for extreme hanging (in excess of 50lbs) look for here for it. For all the materials it costs less than $20.
Also check out saiyan22's progress log because he uses a pipe repair clamp to hang weights as well. You will have to start around the page I posted the link at and work your way towards the end I think for pictures and dynamics of it.
Hope that it was helpful

millia is right. Look at Saiyan's log (use the link from above).

Also, this piece of equipment looks good, but may not know until you get it. There are many things to consider, but I think this dog muzzle idea that dustpan has may be the best.

Now, once you start hanging heavier weights, this thing on ebay you posted might do the trick.

But hell, for $15 I would just get it and play around with it to see if YOU can make it work. THAT is what is most important, the things that work for YOU. Good luck bro.

So the muzzle is just used as a point for attachment? Also using 2 cable clamps would that be similar/interchangeable to the v-band clamp? I don't know how tight either of these can get but I'm just guessing the band clamp would be able to get tighter than the 2 cableclamps. Right now I'm still on 15lbsx20min I know I could increase but the head pressure gets to0 high on my current hanger witch is not tight at all.

Where do you hang from?
And yes that would be similar to the v-band clamps, except the cable clamps would be a lot easier to get off if you need to take all that stress off your penis in a hurry.
Also the head pressure might be getting too high because you're not tight enough and it starts to slide down your shaft (an involuntary jelq sort of thing) except the blood stays trapped down there.
Do you traction wrap? If so what do you use, if not what do you use as a buffer between the hanger and your penis?

I hang a bit behind my head, and ya that is the exact thing that happens it gets pulled a bit lower no matter what but currently without any types of clamps I can't make it tighter. Witch is why I'm looking to switch over. I don't know if I traction wrap. I wrap a whole one of these elastic wraps

I have to wrap it tigh and get head swell since I can not get my current hanger tight lol

Are you using Big Al's sock hanger? If so do what I do and double tie the shoe lace. I aim to tie it slightly higher (starting at base and then mid shaft) and by the end of my session I am usually down to behind the glans as well.
Look into getting What-A-Grip because it works really good as traction wrap.
I'd also suggest chamois as well, but have no experience with it what-so-ever, but thunderspalace members swear it is the best thing to traction wrap with.

I love my what-a-grip.

Just got a new one 2 days ago at wal-mart (tennis section!)

I even use it as a "wrap" sometimes to protect my frenulum when I use my extender. Did this yesterday.

Its similar to that ones but mine hangs straight down and relies more on reverse tension of sort then tightness.
