I agree. Every once in a while you will find a guy for whom phalloplasty worked out, but likely you will find another such guy for whom phalloplasty didn't work out. I am skeptical but hopeful about this particular technique.

I assume that Restylant breaks down the same in the penis too. Plus, you would probably need a sizable CC dosage in order to fill the both chambers.

Regardless, I still like the concept.

That makes me worried about this, but it does start to break down in the body after ~17 months. Not sure if I'd do it, I'd rather just pump or PE the sh*t outta my dick so that way it's free and permanent

I wouldn't say that this particular procedure is "good"- it's merely an alternative for some men. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it.

It doesn't last 18 months. Google it. It breaks down fast in areas with high movement like the forehead and smiles lines. Since the penis is a highment area, I would assume it breaks down there fast too. However, It can last up to 12 months in scar tissue.

Hmm... maybe be adding the restylane, it causes the penis chambers and tunic to expand and stretch. Then your body adpadts to the expanded tissue by growing. (kinda like a full time Uli or clamping) Then as the restylane starts to break brown, you are left with a permanent gain. It makes sense. but is probably wishful thinking.

I like your thinking, but would you be doing PE during the period in order to try to reinforce those permanent gain? Again, all hypothetically.

Like the saying goes, "nothing worthwhile is easy". If you could easily get the thick cock you've always wanted by simply getting an injection, tons of men would be doing it. You have no idea what the long term effects could be and why would you risk injury and possibly the health and function of your penis just to get it thicker quicker? I would never do it and I hope those considering do not either. Just like getting in shape. There is no magic pill or potion that is gonna get you ripped in 30 days. you gotta put in the work. Hard work and dedication gets you results not injections in your penis. Just my two cents...
