So I've just purchased this clay/water mixture heat/cold pack called 'Thermipaq' from CVS the other night. Its relatively cheap ~ $13 and comes with a velcro 'tie' to wrap the 6x12 inch pack around anything (mostly your penis). I've never really used anything more than a warm towel for about 3 mins but i used this for 10mins and i felt like i could literally pull my penis off it was so incredibly loose and pliable. It only takes about 50 sec to heat up to almost too hot, aswell. let me know your thoughts and fav warmups.

Yes that is it. and it works by mixing clay particles with water. microwaves target water molocules to "excite", then the water heats up the clay and clay has wonderful insulative properties meaning it holds on to heat and cold incredibly well. like I said only 50 sec should be enough for anyone, maybe even too hot. as you may be able to see its very thin and comes with a nice soft fabric wrap too.
I used the hot/cold packs from wal-mart for most of my PE to date. About a month ago I switched to the rice sock. In my opinion the rice sock is hands down the best.
Nothing wrong with those packs at all though, they worked well for me for a long time.
I don't know if the ones I used were the clay packs? They were only like 5 bucks, so probably not.

I am writing this to bump this thread and to also say how good the thermipaq actually is! It is really an excellent workout the pad stays hot for almost 20 minutes after 1 minute in the microwave, and if you need it to be reheated you just put it in the microwave for 15 seconds. I think the thermipak is on line with the rice sock if not better (rice sock tends to be way too hot for me in the beginning and cools off quicker).

yep indeed, i am gonna buy another in the event that I start using a cooldown instead of a warmdown, ill put one in the freezer for cooldown after the routine and one in the beggining for a warm up
im a new member here and thought id share my warm up/down technique ......
if you have a shower nozzle on a hose hold you penis in your hand palm up ..... turn the heat to desired temp and cover with shower head ....... this warm/hot water will heat up everything in your lower region and is a good way to warm down too. This is of course if you PE in the shower as i do ( got a family ..... only time to myself )
