That’s the science routine : observation about a phenomenon(that is unexplained), thinking about a law that can explain that, and testing the hypothesis.
So here we go:
FOREWORD
I practice PE for three weeks. That's my routine:
10 min warm up
stretches 20sec in every direction (two times)
40 jelq (with low erection, not above the 50%)
random kegel
-Gains 0,2 in EL 0,2 in EG (nice gains in my opinion)
-Problem : my EQ falls down.
-Interesting observation : my veins are bigger ,especially the ones on the top of the penis.
So I stopped for 14 days. In these days I done some warm up and some massage for the penis.
I never masturbate, but have sex 5 times.
My erection are worse then before I attempt PE, but somehow improving day after day.
Till now I didn't do any PE exercise ,but still thinking if I have done something wrong.
My penis works ,but not as it has ever worked.
And the veins still remains there, big and evident.
PHENOMENON
Low EQ related to big veins (or and [little] gains).
In this case my starting point is that low EQ is related with big veins.
But I can be wrong and it can be related with gains, or with both or maybe with something else.
I pick the veins hypothesis because I have notice other case in the forum and it seems the most likely to me , but it is still a personal hypothesis.
THEORY (about veins)
The veins are different from arteries. In fact they have different function.
--The arteries are deep inside the body, the structure is very strong (because they have to hold on to the pressure made by the heart [from 120mmhg to 80mmhg]) and they lead the oxygenated blood from the heart to the body (from the centre to the periphery).
--The veins are more superficial(even if there are some veins in deep)and they have a singular structure: very flexible and elastic and with a valves.
This structure is functional to the aim : the need to carry on the blood from the periphery to the heart. In fact while in the arteries the pressure (made by the heart) is adequate to make the blood travel around the body, the veins does not have a way to pump the blood (and the pressure made by the heart is dissipated).
So there is the need of these valves ,to make sure that blood doesn't come back. Using gravity and skeletal muscle ,valves allow the blood to return to the heart.
[to a better explanation of this mechanism you can go wiki].
Further more the veins are elastic and the pressure rarely goes upon the 10mmhg.
{Need to say something at this point : while the arteries carry on the oxygenated blood to the cell of the body from the lungs ,the veins carry on the dioxide(used oxygen) from the cells of the body to the lungs. The oxygen is needed to the cellular processes. I will recall this point in the end, so keep it in mind }
Here comes the PE.
THE HYPOTESIS
-the jelq create a great pressure in the superficial veins of the top of the penis (in fact while at the base of penis the pressure is low, it increases proportionally until it reaches the glands, where the pressure made by the jelq is very high and can’t dissipate this pressure that is absorbed)
-the veins are not used to this great pressure and are elastic so the jelq(and the absorbed pressure) ends up by deforming (temporary I hope) the veins
-the veins become bigger.
Where is the problem? The valves.
The valves are not used to the pressure ,so when jelqing somehow we force this delicate structure. Furthermore the veins becomes bigger, but not the valves.
For this reason we deform our vascular system (e.g. like having a door that doesn’t close properly, allowing something to exit)
And obviously that's a problem for the penis.
I don't want to write down how penis works, but we all know that it's filled by blood.
His hardness depends on of much blood it can trap inside during the erection. If there is loosening of blood it can’t by hard as usual.
That ‘s why I think that bigger veins mess up the vascular system of the penis conduct to a loss of hardness in the erection.
APPLICATIONS
If the theory is right then we have to adequate our training. In fact if we believe in a wrong theory we can use exercise that can mess up our penis.
Let me say another things: this correlation between bigger veins and PE and low EQ doesn’t affect everyone.
Why? Because (but that’s an other hypothesis that needs to be discuss) it can be related to the internal blood pressure. Me e.g. have a high internal blood pressure. Maybe people that have made gains and not suffer of low EQ (indeed they improved their EQ) may have an internal low blood pressure.
So the applications (if this theory is right)
1)while the stretch doesn’t not have nothing to do with pressure, the jelq does. So we have to modify the jelq to not have problems in the EQ.
-we can reverse jelq (in this case we put light pressure to the top and carry this pressure to the base of penis. In this way the pressure doesn’t increase along the shaft because we fallow the way that the blood flows in the veins. And the arteries are in too deep and are very strong to affect them with our movement )
-we can jelq till half shaft (so the pressure inside the penis remains low)
-we can jelk only one side of the penis (e.g. the left side first, then right side)
2)we must re-think the precedent theory about veins and “nutrients”.
This theory says :
-bigger veins can carry on much nutrients to the cells of penis
-much nutrients much the penis grows
This theory is wrong for many reasons. It doesn’t fit the anatomy and the working of the body.
Here is why:
-veins (usually) don’t carry “nutrients” (I said before that veins carry dioxide and they go by the periphery to the heart ,so doesn’t make sense they carry nutrients. The nutrients are [usually]in the arteries, not in the veins. Sure the veins of the top of the penis doesn’t bring any nutrients to the penis itself)
-also bigger veins doesn’t mean much more nutrients (the portion of nutrients will be the
same, because the body doesn’t know that have to increase the contribution of “nutrients” )
-furthermore this theory totally forget about the way cells assume nutrients: the osmosis balance.
For these reasons (to me seems that) the “nutrients theory” is implausible.
CONCLUSIONS
1) The penis is a very complex unit. With PE we try to modify his balance, but we have to give him a “new balance”. That’s way theory is very important . Until we don’t understand how PE works we should approach to PE very carefully
2)EQ is the ONLY THINGH THAT DOES MATTER. If we have a low EQ we are messing up our penis. High EQ means that the balance in our penis is right. If we want a functional and bigger penis we have to keep and preserve (or even make better) that balance.
3)If balance is important and if PE truly works ,is necessary the contributions of the veterans . With their help we can understand what to do.
4)PE (when works) modify two things : the ligaments and the structure of the corpora cavernosa. It has nothing to do with veins enlargement. It is only a side effect, that for some people it’s not good.
5)There is a need to understand how we can make veins return to their normal dimension pre-PE (personally I tried apply at interval some cold water, but any ideas are welcome)
FINALLY
I know ,it is long and not well written (my mistake, I’ m sorry) but it’s something. I hope this can give to you something to think about. Until science will take seriously PE, we all will be pioneers in this activity. Personally I think that every one should have a big(8x6) healthy penis. But the biggest part of PEers mess up their penis in this holy quest .
Recently I take a look on Thunder’s place. I see many photos. In most of this photos I see penis in necrosis ,penis messed up o with seriously damage.
That’s not PE. PE is about health! It’s a mystery to me why so many people doesn’t notice that are destroying their penis.
For this reason I think that photos made by vets that have had big gains (and are healthy) can show the way to all PEers : if people see a bigger and healthy penis will understand much better what to aim for.
Without references people can only imagine how their penis should looks like.
Ok, I stop.
Thank you for reading. I will appreciate any comments.
