Why is Pegym's Bathmate so cheap

Bathmate offers their hydro pump product for $139.00 usd. Has anyone ever bought anything from pegym? I am scared to use my card over the internet and I was wondering why pegym.com sold bathmate for 25.50 usd that is a heck of a deal?

i tried to order it because it said it was discounted at 25.50 usd and then when i got to the screen to purchase it, it was at its regular price 110 usd, o well.

When you guy at that link, when you enter your CC data, its on a https server with green bar; that is, the same security certificates banks use Extended Verification Certificate, and I can tell you it was expensive and difficult to get.
