Hello everyone . Im new with this penis excersices and i am wondering where do i start and how do i start? the only thing i know so far are just hangin weights. my procedure is warming up my penis with a warm towel then just put on the weights. But i am looking to gain in length and girth, Can anyone help me with this?

I'm pretty new to this but I know that a lot of newbies like me are on JP's 90 day routine which has been working out really well for me. You can check it out here https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginners-forum/2166-jps-90-day-beginner-routine.html. He prescribes a routine of 5 days on and 2 days off but sometimes that seems a little much for me so I've been doing 2 on and 1 off. Just listen to what your penis and watch your PI's when you're doing this workout and you can decide the amount of exercise right for you.
