Ok so I have been PE'ing for almost two months now (semi regularly) and have run in to a bit of a dilemma. So far I have had decent results with PE but living with other people has really made finding the time to work out difficult. Currently, I have been waking up fairly early in the morning, warming up and stretching for about 10 to 15 minutes then jumping in the shower for about 25 minutes using most of that time to do some jelqing, take a shower and do a quick warm down... Obviously after this, I have already used up quite a bit of time and taking any longer (for edging or ballooning) would be a very long time in the bathroom and would probably raise some questions.

Therefore, I am wondering what the more experienced members think of maybe breaking up my workout into smaller chunks where I do all of the same exercises yet do them more spread-out through the course of the entire day as opposed to one large chunk of time to do everything at once. Obviously I can try getting up even earlier in the morning or something if this would drastically lower the effectiveness of my workout but I would prefer not to if it will have similar effects.

I haven't really seen much on the site touching on the benefits or detriments of breaking up a workout like this so I apologize if it is out there somewhere and I haven't seen it. Any insite you may have for me would be greatly appreciated!!!

I'm in college so I have roommates to worry about and no I don't do any weight training. All the exercises I do are just hand based.

I also ran into time constraints as my workout got longer. I ended up stretching for 30 minutes before getting out bed then putting on an ADS (Xleeve) then, jlqing for 30 minutes late in the PM.
I am now taking a break becuse I stopped showing any gains so I can't really say whether breaking up te workout did me any good or not.

Yeah, I live alone but am staying with girlfriends and working so much, I always have to find the time. But, I actually like breaking up the workout through the day. I will do AM and PM PE pretty regularly. Stretches are easy to do in bed before getting up as well. I try for 20 minutes. Then when I drive, I can easily get in 30 to 45 minutes of stretching. Then with jelq and weights I just use a good hour at home (or girlfriend's) alone and get it out. Clamping I sometimes do under my clothes while driving as well.

You can break your routine up into more manageable chunks if you have to. It's not really recommended for beginners (since the volume of work is so low that splitting can affect the effectiveness of the workout), but you've gotta do what you've gotta do.

I was kind of wondering about this but I may give it a shot for a while and see what kind of results I get and then adjust from there.

Thank you all for helping me out here though!
