Hi, I've been looking into this for a while.

My stats are

Hard:

6.5 X 5 inch

I've heard about 'Th***ers P**ce' and stuff like that but I was never sure how 100% it was. I'd really like to try this and see if I get results.

Are results permanent or is it like muscle gains, don't keep at it and you'll get smaller?

I'll have a look at some starter threads and try to commit.

I wonder what my girlfriend would say if I gained like, an inch or so? It's actually really exciting ^_^

ALSO:

No homo but is there somewhere I could find progress pictures to cure my sceptical nature?

I am a skeptic myself :) ...maybe i should say i WAS a skeptic.

If you look on certain progress logs (found in the progress section of the forum) there are some threads with pictures. Trust me this stuff does work but it won't happen over night. The best thing you can do is try it out for yourself.

I just turned 20, and my starting stats were 6.5 x 5, and i'm a skeptic. Wow.

How long have you been PE-ing?

Have you had any gains.

Where should I start?!

Ok...

I started PE officially January 4th. For that week I did some very very light stretching, jelqing, and kegeling. If you are unfamiliar with those exercises, go to the top of the page, click exercises, beginner, and read away. If you still can't find what you are looking for, type the key word into the "forum search" bar.

Anyway, after that week of light penis acclimation I began "JP's 90 day beginner routine." I STRONGLY advise that you search for that in the forum search bar and follow his exercises. On a personal level I have been slowly building up to his full recommended workout - its a 5 on 2 off program, but on a weekly basis I sometimes take off Wednesdays depending on how my penis feels.

As for gains? my BPEL (Bone Pressed Erect Length) went from 6 1/2 to past the 3/4 mark easily. I know its close to passing 7' soon. I've been measuring my BPFSL (Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length) and its about 7.2

Wow man, that's really impressive. I was looking at JPs guide and it looks ledgit. He seems to know what's up.

You know what, I really want to start doing this.

Any fundamental starting advice?

Yes. Start a progress log and update it everyday. You do that in the progress section of the forum. This will keep you dedicated and others will comment with encouragement/suggestions. The community we have here at PE gym is really awesome.

Also, less is more sometimes. You don't want to overwork your penis. It would be like going to the gym and doing a chest workout everyday of the week.

Scour the forums for advice and find what works for you. Feel free to post on or follow my log, titled "a skeptical thread."
