I started JP's routine about 4 weeks ago and noticed some small gains (about .2" in EL, haven't measured girth since it's been so soon) but I have noticed that I have been turtling much more. Any way to prevent this?
I follow JP's exercise program but only do it three times a week (M, W, F) so I don't see how I am overtraining myself. Any thoughts? Thanks
