I'm 4 days into my week-long supplement detox. I was expecting to see some noticable changes, i.e. a decreased flaccid hang, but I must admit, my falccid hang seems to have improved since I stopped taking my supplements. Strange. Maybe it's all in my head.

Bmot great progress. If I make the gains you have in the same amount of time I will be thrilled. I am starting with similar stats, any advice for me? I am just starting a log too. Thanks.

Hmm, advice....

Just stick to JP's beginner routine, try and keep a plump flaccid throughout the day by doing a few short, light stretches every couple of hours and remember that rest days are as important as exercise days.

Considering getting an Autoxleeve. Though I may have some problems hiding it from the parents....

I've also goy my gym induction at the weekend, so hopefully I'll be on the way to reducing my 1" fat pad soon!

Had my first session at the gym today. I was a bit turtled up when I'd finished, but after I'd had a shower and done a few JAI stretches and helecopters I got a better hang and I've been pretty plumped for a lot of the day.
