Hi everybody :)

After I was fairly finished reading the article on green tea, I am left with a question.

Have you seen any particular change in your PE, after the start drinking green tea?? And if, in wich way??

- Rock-On :)

Reunited with his dear wife Holly.
To the Asian culture, drinking tea is a way of life, many thousands of years old.
I believe that before the Western influence, they were amongst the healthiest race on earth. (jP

You have to drink about 1000 mg of green tea to lower blood pressure. This is about 10 cups of green tea. Or 3, 350mg green tea capsules.

I have been drinking it for 3 days.. I like the taste and feeling of health when I drink it..

The last two mornings, I have extreme huge morning wood and it would hardly lie down again (so close to use the black hammer) hehe . I have never had such hard mornings... I am also more horny than usual.

Maybe is this just my mind playing, but it is strange that this happens after I have started to drink green tea ..

Yep, that is why i think capsules are better in this case.

If you remember I changed most of my coffee to green tea, which was a benifit.
I am a naturally nervy guy anyway.

I agree, Green tea is sooo good in many ways. I drank a lot coffee i the past and my body felt more heavy and slow with all that coffee. Green tea is very refreshing :)

I've always learned that 'too much' is bad. This might also be the case for tea? I don't know, I almost never drink coffee, I prefer Lipton green tea. But not too much, a few cups a day. Some days I don't drink hot drinks, I do drink fruit juices everyday.

Doesnt tea affect the iron absorption? I'm not a expert on this, but my friend who is studying to become a doctor told me this.

To much will affect your iron absorption, but as i know you will need to drink 'A LOT' before this will affect you. Green Tea is also a great source to B vitamines and nearly everybody needs B vitamines in the winter.

Téa is also good because it is mostly water and it is good to consume much water duringg the day.

Sorry if my english is bad, it is not my motherlanguage...

Does anyone know the pluses/minuses of green tea versus black tea? I know they come from the same plant, green tea is unfermented and black tea is fermented. But what does this do to the various good things in tea? Is one better than the other?
