Day 12: Off day.

I've notice that penis seems to hang thicker and longer today than ever in its flaccid state. I also saw no turtling today. Hope this is a sign that my erect state will increase soon.

Day 14: Pe'ed in shower. Routine was shorter than usual. approx. 30 min. Anyways, all my jelqs and v jelqs are done in flaccid state.

Day 15: did 250 reps of wet jelqs and 75 reps of v jelqs. my jelqs stroke were done with a pretty tight grip and the routine was quite intense.

Here's something funny. On Saturday, I had a dream that my penis got enormous due to PE'ed. My penis volume had change by around 40x and my glans were so that it seems like it was going to explode. I had to force the blood from my glans back to my shaft to stop it from exploding. Even though it was an amazing dream, I would no want my penis that humongous.

Day 16: did another session of jP's routine. I have been on jP's programs along with using an extender 3 hours a day for almost 3 weeks not and have not notice any gains yet. I am thinking about adding jP's recommend supplements to my routine to see if that will make a difference. Even though I have yet to gain, I am still a strong believer. I intend to PE'ed for at the very least, 1-2 years. I know gains will come, I just need to give it more time. Hopefully in 2 years, I will reach my goal of 6 x 5 in NBP.

Just got back from Wal-mart and bought all jP's recommended supplements for a measly $20. I first hit up GNC and they tried to sell me Multivitamins for $40. I said the hell with it, I taking my business to Wal-mart (not exactly this way but u get the point.) I am definitely committed to PE and will be taking this supplement on PE days.

^Gains will come for sure as you said just look at all the success stories on here. Props for being patient but also focus on the execution of the exercises, perhaps you are not doing something right? I read above that you are doing your jelqs and v jelqs in a flaccid state why is that? Also are you giving yourself enough rest? Good luck. ^_^

Thanks for the warm words Wempur. Sometime I do my jelqs in flaccid state because it is hard for me to maintain a 50% erection when not watching porn. Also, I heard that jelq flaccid is also fine as long as I do kegel to force blood to into my penis.

Day 17. Today I tried to make sure my jelqs are done correctly. I did slow jelqs and did not remove my first stroke from the glans until my second stroke reach mid point. Perhaps I haven't gain due to the way I was jelqing before. My other jelq sesson was done with quick strokes of 1-2 seconds and I often let go of my first stroke before my second stroke started. Hopefully this correction will improve my chance getting gains faster.

Also forgot to mention, I had my ADS on for 4 hours today.

Day 20: Completed another session today.
Not sure if I needed to start taking more days off or what not, but in the morning, my penis did feel some slight pain.

Not good, this morning, I saw some turtling and did a few stretches to correct it. Maybe, I need to reduce my exercise intensity.

Also, today I will be measuring to see if I have gain. Last time I measured was before the start of jP's program. I am now on day 20 of the program, hopefully, I will have gain a little. I am unable to visually notice any change, but wish me luck.

Day 20: Unbelievable, Just got m,y FIRST GAINS with today's measurement. I gain .25 NBP length and 1/8 girth. Freaking amazing, hopefully I'll keep gaining @ this pace. Last measured on 1/9/10 and no gains but today 1/31/10, my gains finally came. I am now @ officially 4.75 NBP and 4 5/8 Mid shaft Girth.

On the down side, my EQ has suffered. I found it more difficult to get an erection and my erection is not as hard as it used to be. But regardless of this I am happy as hell.

I tried PE in 2002 and gave up in a month because I did not notice any gains. What a stupid mistake. Imagine where I would have been should I kept doing PE until now.

Anyways, I did my daily routine today. Also went to and bouth Gingko Bilboa Supplement today @ walmart. Hoepfully this will help with my EQ. I'm definitely committed now, espcially with the gains I saw today. I am not intending to stop until I reach my goal of 6X5.

Day 21: I may had slightly injure my unit today using the ADS. This morning I when i put on the strap, it clipped a really tiny bit of my skin off. Although I was able to continue to wear it due to using the comfort pad. Any how, I did my normal stretches but when I tried to jelq, I feel pain on the area I clipped myself.

I will likely be taking the next 3 days off to heal but I really want to continue to wear the extender. Lets see what'll happen.

Day 23: I have not yet did my session but will make sure it will be completed today. However, I did wear my extender for 3 hours today.

Day 24: - Day 23 was completed last night. Day 24 routine is still in question. I have not done it yet due to the wife being home and having visitors over. Let see though, I might be able to sneak in the session later tonight. If not, then I'll take the day off.

Also, I plan i measuring every 20 days. Last time I measure on the 21st day, I gain 1/4 length and a small girth. Next measurement will be
@ the 40th day. Wish me luck.
