Hey I'm trying to start off with a routine very soon but I see 2 different beginner routines, one from remak and one from jon pop. I was wondering if anyone could tell me which one was better for me to start off with?
I think, for the majority, Jon Pop's is the better of the two. Its worked for 80% of who've tried it. Just make sure you do it correctly, because believe it or not, your penis isn't amazingly conditioned at first.
