It's winter where I am, I turtle constantly due to cold, not over training.
I know we have people on this board from cold climates who gain just fine, but that would mean living there your body gets used to it, whereas in milder climates (most of USA) by the time your body even starts to get used to winter, seasons change, leaving you just as cold at the end of winter as you were when it started cause it wasn't long enough for your body to shift into cold mode. I'm just going with the flow and waiting it out but I guess I just had a few questions. is being cold all the time going to hinder gains? has anyone noticed that they gain better in summer? warmer climates?
thanks for any info
