Hello,

Just had a few questions. I am uncircumcised and started the 90 day routine the beginning of this week. It seems like that when I jelq and stretch I am pulling a lot of skin-sometimes it seems like im stretching the skin more than I am the actual shaft of my penis. Is there anything I can do to help with getting maximal stretch and jelq since im uncircumcised? Also-when I do the "V" jelqs I feel almost a warming sensation in the glans of my penis(its actually quite enjoyable). Is this normal though? Any help would be much appreciated. Im going to be looking up some more info on my own as well...

Thanks

I am uncut too mate. I have had my problems and questions.

About stretching. Let's say you stretch with your right hand. You can use your left hand in the base to keep your skin pulled back so that the area under the glans is open. Then put your O-grip under your glans with your right hand and stretch. Like this you don't pull the skin like you said (I did that mistake in the beginning too so you are not the only one). But don't stretch the glans, just grip under it!

About jelqing. If you dry jelq, the skin will automatically move with your O-grip and/or your grip is not effective at all. But this is uncomfortable and really not good (some say that for this reason dry jelq can cause turkey neck). My advice to you is that use a lot of lube! Always make sure your dick/O-grip is well lubricated. Then your grip just slides up the shaft and you don't have to care about the skin. Also you can use your other hand at the base to hold the skin but for an easy non-stop, two hand jelqing plenty of lubrication is a must - you can forget the skin!

About V-jelqs. Many guys say it is an awesome exercise but I just haven't made up my mind. But yeah mate, I know what you mean by saying that it is enjoyable - I get harder so easily when I V-jelq. I would just say that the warming sensation is the blood moving inside so that would only be a plus.

Your getting the right sensation. Move the skin forward when you jelq.
Even if the forskin droops ten inches over your glns always move it forward. Eventually the tunica and cc,/cs will exapnd and fill up some of the space.

im questioning wheather im doing it right or not now? ive being doing wet jelqs with pleanty of baby oil and my foreskin still moves? surely this is normal to a degree?

i think ive been doing it right since theres no sign of turkey neck, and when ive finished my session, a few hours later i have alot of red dots where i pull my foreskin back, these are burst capilaries which show ive obviously been forcing blood up my penis and doing it right to an extent.

which of these should i be doing?

(1.) (which i have been doing) lets say i start with my right hand, i make the 'O-grip' at the base of my penis as far down as possible, slide that up just underneath my glands, remove that hand, then start with my left hand. so its a one hand jelq - but i use both hands - one after the other.

or should i..

(2.) use my left hand and 'O-grip' as far down to the base as possible, then take my right hand and 'O-grip' directly above it, and then slide my right hand up to the glands. this way i suppose my skin wouldnt stretch as much. not that it does a whole lot when i do what i wrote for (1.)

Okay!

If the foreskin moves, that's not a problem. I was just trying to explain that it might feel very very uncomfortable. For example when I do dry jelqs, there is so much friction between the grip and my shaft that it actually sometimes hurts. And that then stretches the skin in the base of the shaft. That I don't like.

Therefore I use a lot of lube! With lube, the grip just slides nicely up the shaft. Then there is no friction, no pain and the skin does not move at all.

I have had the red spots few times. I gave my dick hell during my newbie period a couple of times and he protested by bursting some capillaries. Well, had to take it down a notch.

The first choice would be better. Do that with enough lube and you don't have to focus on the foreskin moving/not moving along.

I have been doing dry jelqs as part of my routine only for three-four weeks now. Before I only did normal wet jelqs. The reason I do dry jelqs is that I wanted to change my routine a bit and to see if they actually work. On next week is my first measuring day after starting to dry jelq so we'll see how if there are gains.

But yeah although I do them, I still think dry jelqs are a bit uncomfortable. I remember on one of my very first progress log entries I wrote that dry jelqs are not for me because they just feel too damn dry.

Good old, wet O-grip jelqs are still the very basis of my PE routine. So I think Curlers, you are doing just fine mate!
