O.K. But you have to realize that these people will say ANYTHING to get you to buy their product. I have been doing PE for over 6 years, I've read many, many thousands of posts.

They wouldn't say you could wear when you sleep if it was dangerous because they would be libel.

I also notice that one of them says breaks are required every 2 hours when sleeping ... how realistic is that?

And as for wearing them under clothes, that's possible but your trousers / shorts do need to be loose and cut right.

But please don't take any of this as flaming you narc. I think we're all just wanting you to be ultra-cautious. And as a person who lurked and read for a while before jumping into pe, I can tell you that jp has got to be one of the most knowledgeable guys around and he'd rather help you get the dick you want than lose the one you have.

what do you guys recommend as a time frame wearing procedure for this?

I mean wear 1 hour straight then rest for 15 minutes then another hour.
Or something like wear 2 hours then rest 30 minutes then another 2 hours.

Just share what has worked for you and/or what you think is the safest.

also on the subject of wearing it at night, I wouldn't just because of morning wood and erections that happen at night.

Not sure that I've seen enough posts or, anyone actually giving routines with such a device. I would definitely stick to using one while you are awake and able to monitor it. What works for one extender may not work for the other since there are variations. I tried a noose type extender and found that I had to basically noose up at max stretch. Any amount of growth "ie slight erections" passed the stretch point and, the noose will grab the skin on the shaft below the glans. Can I say OUCH? Try not to allow any type of sexual stimulus. I found things worked better for me while I remained in completely flaccid state.

There's so little concrete data on use that we are all test subjects. Someone may have posted a routine but, I'm not sure. I just used it as an added stretch device so, PE is my main focus. Either way, it's best do so while being conscious of the possibilities of negative affects.

I'd concentrate on your PE routine for now but, I say this not knowing how long you've actually been PE'ing.

I just bought the Male Edge PRO and it is due to arrive on Friday, so once I've tried it out a bit I'll let everyone know what i think. Oh and by the way i have been aware of the PE community for about 5 years and I am planning to really devote some time to enlarging my penis. What a great new years resolution. I have been wearing an ADS silicone sleeve alone for a week (8 -10 hours a day) to prevent turteling with no problems. Yesterday I tied it to my leg to add some tension. After four hours I removed it and found a small water blister on the tip of my glans which I believe is due to the suction the tension created. Could be due to the fact that my penis head is small such that there was some slippage which increased the vacuum.

I am now a little hesitant to try it again.

Any thoughts from experienced ADS users?

It ain't stopping it, because your dick would hurt like hell and it would turn dark blue/black.
It is only being restricted to a point, have it as loose as possible without the head slipping out.
Unless you got it really tight it should be OK, people wear tight ass rings on there fingers all the time.
Its the same concept, the rings are restricting blood-flow to an appendage.
