I just started today and any advice along the way would be great. I've tried this a few years back using bits and pieces of information that I found on the web, but it didn't really work. I think my problem was that I was initially going overboard with the exercises, and of course none of the sites said anything about going slow. I bought a very informative exercise book and it mentioned this forum. All the post I've read seem to have positive outcomes... some gains that I didn't think were possible.

Reason I'm doing this: For the wife, she doesn't complain, but I know the sex could be better.

Starting: 09/12/09
BPEL: 5
EG: 4.25
BPFSL: 5.5
FC: 3.5

Short term Goals:
BPEL: 6
EG: 5.25

Ultimate Goals: (I originally thought this was impossible, but if others can do it, so can I. Also, why settle for 8x6)
BPEL: 9
EG: 7.25

Hey Tim. Would you mind telling us the name of the exercise book that mentioned the PE Gym? Always nice to know where referrals come from. Welcome to the Gym. We have some fine beginners routines to get you started on your PE journey.

The book is called Exercising the Penis. Most of the content on this site seems to come from the book, or maybe the content in the book came from the site. Either way, it was informative and gave me a good idea of what I was doing wrong. The added motivation from this forum and logging my progress should also help. I do have to say, the rest period seems to be hardest. I already want to exercise again, but I know I need to wait.

Aw, thanks for your quick reply, Tim. Yes, this book was written by Aaron Kemmer the man who founded the PE Gym. You have made one of the best purchases you could make, to start your PE career. Follow this book and you will learn to do the exercises correctly, how to prevent injury and reach what ever goals you set for yourself. My advice? Tell your wife what you are doing. Get her involved and supportive. It makes things so much easier and takes the stress out of trying to keep something like this, secret. A good way to tell her is;
That you are doing this for penile and reproductive system health and for both of you.

Day 2

Day 2

I'm following the beginner's schedule in the book. So, today and tomorrow are off days.

I'm also revising my Ultimate Goal. Even if it is possible, it was a bit selfish. My wife is petite, so I'll stop gaining when she starts to complain.

Starting: 09/12/09
BPEL: 5

BPFSL: 5.5
FC: 3.5

Short term Goals:
BPEL: 6

Ultimate Goal:
Gain until wife starts to complain. :biggrin1:
