No, the guy who pulled the gun needs to go to jail. That skater had guts, and if the skater was me or one of my friends I'd be very proud of how I handled it. The gunman has mental problems, and people like him don't need to own anything that requires responsibility. Kudos to the skater and his friends for being men.

The gunman got off very light if he didn't go to jail. Then again with this evidence he probably did.
Interesting that the gunman was twice the size of the skater, who seemed to have some training.
